Bought brand new Rav4 and now have mice
I have purchased a new Camery 2 years ago and just traded it in for a new Rav4. The sales people never helped turn on gps program on car(1st problem)...Wanted a trailer hitch and they told me they would call me by the end of the day to set up appointment (never called...3 days later I called them and they knew nothing---problem 2) Problem 3 was the day of the hitch being on, they sent me to a counter to get help and no one was there. They told me to wait and the woman was coming. A half hour later I went to another person and found out that the woman was not even in. Someone else took me but never called when work was done. Then gas light went off in suv saying the gas was low but after filling it up the gadget started saying it was low and that my back hatchback was not shut. Shut back several times till light went off. Gas light still stayed on and blinked low gas (even with gas filled) called the service and told them what happened...closes day of repair was a week ...someone was supposed to call me about driving Rav but never did. Never called me about service on SUV...called and left a message a 5 pm....called me back at 5:30 saying they where still working on it. Called me at 6:15-6:30 to tell me a mouse ate threw wires and that the damage was my fault and I needed to take this up with my insurance......I HAD FOR 4 WEEKS and one week it was in my garage waiting to be fixed. I would never go to Smithfield again.

Ford Focus Titanium
Any apprehension that I would typically have when starting a car buying process was put to bed within 5 minutes of being contacted by Imani and setting up an appointment to meet with Sufian. From the very beginning of the process - I was very comfortable with the dealership.

Can't get service on car purchased from them
I bought a used 2019 Nissan Rogue back in January (30,000 miles). Before I took it off the lot, I noticed that the wiring to the rear view mirror wasn't attached and the interior lights didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the service manager before I left and they scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. At the appointment, they told me that they needed to order a part to fix it and that it might be a couple weeks before it arrives. I called at the start of February and they said it wasn't in yet. I called at the start of March and couldn't get a hold of anyone at the service desk, so I left a message for the manager. I called at the start of April and spoke with someone at the parts desk, who forwarded me to the service manager, who guess what... didn't pick up. I left another message explaining what I was experiencing. No call back. I've spent too many hours trying get in contact with someone for the last 6 months, have left countless messages for the service manager (who I'm not convinced exists at this point) wanting to schedule an appointment to get my interior lights fixed. This is something that should have been taken care of within a month. I don't understand how they can treat a customer who spent $20k+ on a car at their dealership with this level of neglect. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one, is because the sales agent who helped me was awesome. If you buy a new or used car from here, beware. If something goes wrong, you will have a terrible time trying to get it fixed from this place.

just awful
I went their today and let me tell you that it was one of the most frustrating experience. I first had an appointment at 445 I wanted to talk about the possibility of getting a pick up truck. When I arrived I was greeted very friendly. I then waited for 25 min being greeted by the sales person he was nice but was working with another couple. I waited another 10 min. I explained my Situation and he was attentive at first. I said I wanted a pick up truck or another kind of car. It took him 15 Min but He first showed me a 2016 SUV which was basically like the one I have. He found a truck I was sent alone on a test drive which took me 10 min. I came back and he was agin with the couple who were obviously buying. He took 30 more min to come back to me only to say they are working on the numbers. He left another time came back 15 mins later no numbers telling me the truck with out my negative trade value would be like 900 a month which is an insane amount. He then told me about another truck which would be 700. I was kind of taken back by the amount. It was very sudden it also felt like they just didn’t want to sell me the truck. The amount was way out of wack for even me doing the math a 35000 truck on 60 months would be 700 a month for the first truck. He said they were doing it for 72 months which should have been less. They never ran my credit. The thing about it was it was passed closing and it was just like yeah this isn’t going to work. I spent 2 and half hours basically waiting the whole time to be more or less kindly blown off. It’s not the the number didn’t work it was being help by someone who was more Interested in the other couple.
