Came in for an oil change. Yohance asked how was my experience. Tried to sell me a car but happy with Crv. You can't beat an honda

Quality Hondas

Nice dealership. Friendly staff. There was a large stock of new and used vehicles. The salesman knew his inventory and there were even some non Honda products.

Great salesman. Bought a rogue when Yohance worked at nissan last year. Had a very good experience. Go to Balise Honda and go see yoyo now!

Poor sales practices-Lacks desire to satisfy

Salesman over states sales tax and registration fees during negotiations then tells me there will be a rebate and not to look at that side of the sales worksheet just look at the amount I have to come up with? Added accessories sticker missing from window and brought to the attention of GM next day. Charged $200 more than sticker shown on the same car in showroom and GM Peter tells me he can not credit my debit card (which they quickly took for a deposit) and that a refund check would be here in 2-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and no refund and no return calls from them. Clearly they have what they want and and are not interested in satisfying a customer and they could have accomplished that that day by issuing a credit on my card or following through with their promise of a refund. The CRV purchased is great. Could have purchased it at a dealership that knows how to satisfy a customer and appreciate it's patronage.

Consumer response

I am Happy to report that Balise and it's GM Peter have made good on the refund for the overcharge on the accessories. It's desire to satisfy and the open line of written communication helped in resolving this issue.

Honest salesman

My husband and I came in to see the passport. It drove very well, but outside of our budget. The salesman yovance really knows his product.

We wanted a new CRV

Moses our salesman was great !!!! He answered all our questions Helped with programming questions he was great ! Helped program the car And get our phones to work where not to technical we needed his help
