Poor Customer Service

I purchased a brand new Honda Civic last month and was pleased at first with this dealership, however after having the car for a couple weeks now I have noticed some flaws that they refuse to even look at or fix. First off the brake rotors are already rusted from them leaving the car out all winter long. Also I have noticed on the highway the car has a vibration in the steering wheel and is not centered when going down a straight road. After calling them on this their response was that it was normal wear and tear and that I could have hit a pothole (which I did not) and they would charge me for them to look at it ($75)!! And to top it off after emailing them again they no longer respond to my messages. Great customer service you have here... If I get another Honda in the future it will be with Metro not Balise.

Large selection, willing to deal, professional/knowledgeable

James was very open to explaining the differences between the ex and exl. I stated what I wanted in the car and he was very knowledgeable about the trim of the vehicle and above and beyond, also knew which vehicle on the lot had the options I wanted. He spent alot of time with us and worked with the manager with ease for the final price. I was very impressed with the dealership and James Smashe. I love honda. I just traded in my 2004 Honda which gave me wonderful reliability through 12 years and I know my new 2015 Accord will serve me just as well.

Very Happy With My New Honda Accord!

Sarah Avery was super! She listened to me and what I wanted and found the perfect deal for me quickly. The quality of the car I purchased is more than I expected. Professional, knowledgeable, amiable easy to deal with.

Because of above. Find this web site awkward to deal with. Sales person not on list! Put down payment today with delivery in future. What more can I say?????

Excellant customer service

We were interested in purchasing a 2015 CR-V. Jim was able to answer any questions we had and gave us a thorough explanation of the SUV. We were there for a while but in the end decided to purchase the CR-V from Majestic because we were comfortable with the last price we were eventually quoted plus the added bonus that this dealer had just received an SUV in the color we wanted. Jim very efficiently took care of the details needed to complete the purchase and we were able to pick it up the next day with the assurance if we had any questions we were not to hesitate to call him. We would definitely recommend Jim to others.

Excellent Customer Service by Sales Consultant

This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from this location. This weekend we purchased a used car from David Fontaine - great attitude, professional, helpful, and courteous. Will recommend him to others as a great contact for buying a car.

Awesome!

Our Sales Consultant, Dave Fontaine, was the best! We found the car we wanted on their website, took it for a test drive and absolutely loved the car. Dave took excellent care of making sure we had everything we needed and we were able to pick up the car the very next day. No time at all to get it registered. I would definitely visit Balise Honda of West Warwick for our next vehicle purchase! Thanks again Dave. From the Subaru People!

Excellent Customer Service

James was very helpful. I had certain expectations walking in and we wound up being a decent amount apart on what we both expected. It turned out that I was using KBB for the trade in value, but they were using a different standard so the offer threw me off a bit. After some discussion and them going through the numbers and the reasons for them I realized that I wasn't comparing apples to apples. They also realized that my existing (trade-in) car was very well taken care of and it was a 2009 with less than 60,000 miles so they were able to move a bit on their trade-in value. After all was said and done we met in the middle and everyone was happy. I was going to this dealership when it was still Majestic Honda and even though they are now Balise, the Customer Service is still right up there with the best of them. Honda is my brand and Balise/Jim are who I plan on buying them from in the future. Great Job!

Excellent customer service and over all experience!

My husband and I had a very good experience at Majestic Honda! we were able to purchase the SUV we wanted at a great price! The entire staff was polite and the customer service was great! I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and they haven't come close to being as great as these guys. I was greeted by a gentleman named Brian Chevalier that started our buying off on the right foot. He introduced us to a man named Eric that helped us pick out our dream car. I can't thank these two enough for this wonderful experience!
