Anchor Auto Group is a family owned and operated business. We have been in North Smithfield for more than 16 Years. We have new Subaru's new Nissans and every type of used vehicle. More than 400 cars in total. If we don't have it we can get it because we have buyers on the road throughout New England. We have 15 Certified technicians that can work on any and all vehicles. Our Parts departments are second to none with more than 2000 square feet of parts storage.

Horrible experience, went in for one repair, kept saying more things needed to be done, made it appear to be necessary and a safety issue when in fact it was not! I ended up spending $11,000 for a car that would not be valued above $13,000. No one in the dealership had the decency to recommend other alternatives!

My service advisor Mindi was extremely accommodating.she had my vehicle ready earlier than requested and promptly called to let me know. She listened to my requests and made sure to get me the alignment specs I requested. She was very professional and is an asset to the dealership. One of the best dealerships I have been too, as I have worked in many dealerships as an advisor myself. Great job Mindi!

Anchor Subaru is rightfully the best company. They r professional n go beyond there call of duty. The team is honest in there exam n they try the best to be helpful as much as possible. Very accommodating n gracious.

I would like to express my gratitude to two individuals who helped me in my quest to find a mirror with a garage opener that didn’t come originally with my Forrestert Hybrid Touring car. Sarah, salesperson from Anchor Subaru totally understood my need in getting a mirror with a a garage door opener. Sarah then introduced me to Steve the Manager of Supply. Steve and with his dedication was able to find a mirror with garage door opener capabilities. Solving my dilemma! I also need to thank the Anchor Subaru Mechanics who installed the improved mirror. I want to make it know to The Top Management Team what a great staff they have. Paul A. Hyink

Great experience. We've been customers of Anchor Subaru for about 31 years. We've purchased about 10 vehicles from the Anchor dealerships, between my wife and our 2 kids (who haven't been kids now for some time). My brother and sister-in-law have also bought from Anchor. We've also had our cars serviced at Anchor and were always treated fairly.

We had a great experience. Ishmael greeted us immediately and made us feel comfortable and right at home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. It’s our first Subaru and the experience was fantastic- my son loves this car. I do think the warranty is on the high side compared to others we have purchased but I hope it’s worth it. I would recommend Anchor to anyone.

All of my dealings with Anchor have been highly professional and friendly. I just purchased my third car from Anchor and all vehicles have been serviced at the dealerships. I plan to continue to use Anchor for service on my new veichle.

Very fair and made exceptionally easy. The salesman, Kelley was outstanding. This is the second time I purchase a vehicle at Anchor and had Kelley as my salesman again. I contacted him specifically. Will definitely purchase another vehicle in the future at Anchor and have Kelley my salesman.
