Worst service from sales down to service was the worst I had ever experienced bought 10-12 trucks there and they just lost a customer they don’t know what they are doing let me drive away with lugnuts missing and truck is still broke

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Hurd Auto Mall, and
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Hurd Auto Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There was no communication throughout the process until the very end. My vehicle ended up being in the shop longer than I?ve actually owned it, and despite me expressing multiple times how frustrated I was, no one made any real attempt to make the situation right or to ease the inconvenience. The diagnostic and repair process took far longer than normal, and even then, my front camera issue?which I had clearly reported - took forever to be looked at, let alone be repaired in a timely manner. On top of that, they had my vehicle for over a month and never offered me a courtesy or loaner vehicle, making it extremely difficult to get to work and manage day-to-day responsibilities. Since this was my only vehicle and I had traded in a perfectly working truck, I had to go out of my own way to carpool or borrow other vehicles. When I needed to bring the vehicle back multiple times, there was little to no effort from the service team to help me with transportation or logistics. To make matters worse, after picking up my vehicle from a tire repair, the tire was flat again by the time I got home. I will say the service representative I dealt with was polite and professional, but overall, there is major room for improvement in communication, accountability, and customer support. After spending $55,000 on a vehicle, I expected a much higher level of service and care. This entire experience has left me very disappointed and questioning whether I?d recommend or return to this dealership for future service.

We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. Marcin and Hurd Auto made purchasing and maintaining a new vehicle a pleasant experience.

Extremely Disappointed with Hurd Auto Mall’s Service
Extremely Disappointed with Hurd Auto Mall’s Service Department I have been bringing my truck to Hurd Auto Mall’s service department for years—mainly out of convenience due to its proximity to my home. Unfortunately, that convenience is no longer enough to justify the continued lack of professionalism, accountability, and urgency I’ve experienced, especially during this most recent visit. I brought my truck in on July 1st for a rear brake replacement and to have the check engine light diagnosed. While they were quick to accept the work, over two weeks later, not even a basic diagnostic has been run. Every phone call I’ve made to follow up has resulted in the same vague response: “I don’t know when we’ll get to it,” or my personal favorite, “I want this truck done as bad as you,” which seems to be their go-to line. Despite their delays, I’ve received no proactive updates—only the information I’m able to get by calling repeatedly. When I ask about alternative transportation or a rental while I wait, I’m told I might qualify for one if the work is warranty-related—but they can’t determine that because they haven’t even looked at the truck. None of these complications or limitations were disclosed when I dropped the truck off. To make matters worse, last week I received a sales call from Hurd—they didn’t even realize my vehicle was in their shop—and were encouraging me to bring it in for service. The irony was beyond frustrating. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here. I’ve experienced multiple delays with repeat emissions-related warranty work, poor communication, and exaggerated pricing—such as being quoted $4,500 for a radiator repair that another shop (Midas) completed within two days for $1,250. After receiving yet another empty promise of an update (which never came), I’ve decided to pick up my vehicle and take my business to Tasca Buick GMC, who assured me they’d have an answer—whether routine or warranty—in just a few days. In short, if you value time, communication, or even basic customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Hurd Auto Mall’s service department. My loyalty was based on location, but the continued disorganization and disregard for customers has made it clear: the inconvenience of going elsewhere is worth the peace of mind.

Purchased a 2020 equinox with agreement that we had 1yr full warranty. Within days of purchase we noticed a problem with driver side door. They ignored our request for repair for many months and 1 month before warranty expired they outright refused to fix the door.
