Allen Mello Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I have never had such an awesome experience buying a vehicle. They made the process smooth, accommodated by son and grandchildren. I feel I left there not only with an awesome car at an awesome price but a couple of new friends. I live in Maine but I will have no hesitation driving to New Hampshire when I am ready to buy again.

I paid $3,100 for a new roof and back assembly for a Jeep Gladiator. I opened the box 5 days after we received it and the part was seriously scratched and unuseable. I immediately called Allen Mello about the damaged part and they refused to do anything at all. They wouldn't take it back or make any kind of adjustment. I just have to eat it. I would guess,based on their attitude, that I am not the only one this has happened to. Take note of this if you decide to do business with Allen Mello.

Brought my Jeep here for a state inspection this week. I had a very good experience. Dan was very courteous and professional. I didn’t feel like they are trying to drum up extra work for my out of warranty Jeep. I will definitely continue to use the service dept. in the future

My Jeep has 13000 on it it broke down they towed it to the nearest dealership witch was yours they told me a week to look at it they looked at it next day found a bad spark plug so instead of changing them all they changed 1 if it breaks down again I won’t be happy

Staff was professional, friendly, informative, and helpful. Staff was upfront with possible issues and worst case scenario and would contact me if more involved than what they anticipated. Provided transportation to work and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Absolutely a positive experience.

I went in on a Sunday they were one of very few dealerships open on a Sunday. I was greeted by Fred who was already working with somebody else and was very impressed with the way Fred handled multiple customers at once. He ended up showing me two different jeeps that I was trying to decide between and ended up working with their sales manager who is also very nice. We had some negotiation back-and-forth & I ended up getting the price I wanted for a beautiful 2022 jeep gladiator Mojave. Went back the next day and they cleaned her up and did the state inspection within a couple hours. The entire process was great I highly recommend there dealership.
