He completely lost my trust when it comes to servicing my vehicle at this location. He lied about who he was working with in the issue. How it was being escalated. He came from a NO stsnce from the beginning, not really focused on customer care or support, just wanted to say we dont do this or that. He suggested services that the care didnt need. And continually shared that my car was tested and working when it was not. Safety and service are non-existent from this location and Kelly.

The worst customer service ever . Took my vw atlas for distance module calibration and paid the money and still the problem there

Car is less than a year old and broke down twice in one
Car is less than a year old and broke down twice in one week. Low oil on a brand new car and a broken thermostat . Service fixed things quickly which I appreciate but refused to fix hail damage from when I purchased the car after promising they would (email proof). This was a scheduled repair and the service manager went back on his word. We have moved to a different service center in countryside

Prior to bringing my car in for a tire rotation On
Prior to bringing my car in for a tire rotation On Saturday, July 12th, I had never experienced any issues with my vehicle since purchasing in June of 2023. After leaving the dealership on July 12th, I expected that I would still not encounter any issues after the tire rotation. HOWEVER, two days later I immediately began to feel a difference in my car once turning it on and driving it. It was a shaking that was occurring that I had never felt before. I waited a few days to see if it would subside but it actually got more and more potent, which led me back to the Volkswagen dealership on Friday, July 18th. Prior to my arrival, I had researched the symbol that I saw displayed on my dashboard which conveyed that there was engine failure. I had NEVER seen this symbol before bringing my car in for routine maintenance. So once I brought the vehicle back in on the 18th, I expected to receive customer service that would make this severe issue a priority. However that was NOT the case. I was told that the dealership was backed up with scheduled appointments and I would need to bring my car back in on Monday (3 days later), although I clearly had a sever issue happening with my car that could have put both myself and my children in danger. I then asked if I left it, would I be provided with a loaner vehicle, and I was told that there were none available and wouldn’t be available for a while. I was then left to figure out how I would care for my two car seated children with no vehicle for 3 days. I asked if Volkswagen would pay for me to rent from a local car rental service and I again answered with a NO. I received ZERO accommodations for the issue with my vehicle or the inconvenience it was placing on me and my family. After debating with the sales rep for about 30 minutes, I reluctantly decided to leave my car at the dealership with hopes that the issue would be rectified by the next day. I had to figure out personal transportation from the dealership as well as pick up arrangements for my children from daycare. THIS WAS A HEADACHE! On the next day, I called the dealership to receive an update on my vehicle as I needed to have my vehicle back in order to maintain previously scheduled appointments for my children that day. The service rep informed me that oil had leaked all over the front of my car and onto the engine. This was of great surprise to me as no one had performed any service to my car except fr Volkswagen on the previous week. Therefore, I was absolutely certain they had made the mistake. However, the sales rep believes otherwise and proceeded to insinuate that I had done the damage or taken it elsewhere for a bad service. This led to a escalated conversation to where I was planning to get authorities involved. The service rep then changed his tone of voice and told me that my vehicle would be ready within an hour for pick up. I was so unsettled and offended by the service rep for his accusations, but proceeded to make my way to the dealership with my children in order to get my vehicle back ASAP. Once I arrived, the serviceman seemed to have a change of heart and greeted me more pleasantly than he did on the phone. He told me that my car was getting cleaned up and would be ready in a few minutes. He then walked myself and my children out to the ready vehicle. Although he changed his attitude, I still feel a sense of distrust with this dealership now and will not make recommendations for potential customers. I did not feel the positive customer service or accommodations were present in this experience and would hate for anyone else to go through that.
