We received outstanding care and service at this dealership and especially from our salesman, Jeff Williams, who is very knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. And the cars are great!

I bought a brand new Mazda3 from Corey Jackson @ The Autobarn Evanston Mazda, and he was fantastic. The process was easy, Corey was honest, and the customer service has continued to exceed my expectations. I went to several Mazda dealerships before I chose to purchase from Corey, and that was because he was the most straight-forward and honest of all of the dealers I dealt with. I would definitely go back if I were doing this again.

Ryan Straz did an excellent job of guiding us through the sales process. He answered our questions, he was never pushy, and he was efficient. Ryan is a credit to the Autobarn Mazda sales team.

Mr. Vargas and my mechanic who served my Mazda Miata MX5 in July 2017 were excellent...knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and competent. I would hope to work with Mr. Vargas in the future. The mechanic who worked on my Miata was also very competent.

David Mazovick (the electric car expert) spent a lot of time with me and patiently answered all of my questions about using an electric car. He never pressured me and was very respectful during the entire 3-day process. Like I said, he was very patient with me and I bought a new Leaf a few days ago. It's a wonderful car and I love driving it. I thought that I would miss my BMW X5, but seriously, I am much more excited about this car and feel relieved to be DONE WITH INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES AND CO2 emissions, not to mention the expense of gas and repairs!!!

Juan Vargas is the best service rep I've had at Mazda. He answered all questions, clearly detailed work done, explained available options, and provided moving info for future service. He was thorough, polite, professional, and pleasant. Work done on my SUV was excellent and completed as scheduled with a loaner.
