Recently purchased car and had it serviced.

Questions taken seriously and answered in timely fashion. Beautiful facility. They helped me coordinate making a duplicate smart key from an outside source and getting a transmission service. A very well-coordinated process from beginning to end. Tech discovered that the 3rd brake light was not working. Dealer warranty will cover the part and labor. Grappone Toyota saved me $251.00! Thank you so much!

Great service!

Mechanics detected dirty filters on routine check and notified me before replacing. They gave me a complete diagnosis or the rest of the things they checked.

Stress free car buying

Everyone was so nice. All our questions were answered and time was taken to explain every step of the process to us. We felt very comfortable and at ease the entire time. This has never happened when buying a car!

Exceptional service

Taylor Thorne and Moe Elmasry were both fantastic to work with. They clearly and patiently went over my options with me, and they were totally receptive to and respectful of my wants and needs. I felt like Taylor went above and beyond to ensure she was putting me in the right vehicle for me. Moe was exceptionally understanding of my financial situation. Taylor and Moe defied my expectations of how a car salesperson operates! I will refer any one I can to either of them. Beyond that, the entire team was kind and gracious.

professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Grappone has a great atmosphere, it's clean and has nice amenities like coffee etc. I would recommend Grappone auto to others.

fast, efficient, spiffy waiting area

Fast and efficient service, even without an advance appointment. Issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired within about an hour or so.

great service fast

Very quick and fast in and out in the time that was told us lobby was clean and comfortable . popcorn was a nice bonus .
