Great place. All the people go out of their way to help you. I never had a bad experience in all the years I've been taking my car there. From the service director to the porter it's been a wonderful experience. Marco in customer relations has always been helpful when I needed something to be taken care of. Can't say anything bad...wondefful

The service I recieved was exceptional. The sales and financial rep were friendly, responsive and efficient. There was no high pressure to buy anything I didn't want, which has been my previous experience in buying a car.

I had an excellent time. It was a no hassle dealership. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and made everything very easy. Order my parts and scheduling service was also just as easy.

I have been buying cars and using the service department...

I have been buying cars and using the service department at this dealership for many years. I have always been happy with the service I have received both in the showroom and in the service department. Michael Turner is my preferred service advisor. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He always takes time to explain issues and is always friendly and welcoming. Rich Bertsche was the salesman I worked with when I purchased my 2012 Avalon in August 2012. He was helpful and made extra efforts to find the car I wanted since it was not in stock at Northside. He even drove to Holland, Michigan on his day off to pick up the car I wanted. I can't say enough good things about the folks at this dealership!

I went in looking for a new car and needed to do so in a short few days. Jonathan helped me find what I was looking for and made it so I had no hassle. I purchased and had the car which was at a different location the next day. Jonathan worked quickly and was very professioanl.

This Chicago Northside Toyota dealership knows how to handle their business. The sales representative who assisted me, Omar Alkaissi, was very informative and friendly! Not only did he have a thorough knowledge of what he was selling, he didn't put an ounce of pressure on my purchase choice. I left with multiple cars for my business and was satisfied.

Although everything was great, there is one suggestion...

Although everything was great, there is one suggestion that I have. Sales person or even better accountant who is issuing the plates and sticker for new car should remind or have some kind check list for new owners that they need to buy window parking sticker (Chicago residents) immediately. You can even promote our neighborhood currency exchange that is right next door to your store. Unfortunately, me and my neighbor that have just bought the new vehicle from your dealership received $200 parking violation from Chicago police. Responsibility is on us, however, you could have remind us of all necessary stickers and documentation that is needed to be legal on Chicago streets. Thank you and I hope this message will help future customers to receive full information about all necessary stickers.

Had a great experience with Chicago North Side Toyota. My sales rep, Omar Alkaissi, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car, but I did end up getting the 2013 highlander SE which I love. The staff was professional and nice. Overall, a great experience. I will be back the next time I need to purchase a car and would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.
