Port City Nissan

Port City Nissan gives exceptional customer service and I would have given them 5 stars but I was promised a low rate of 4.19-4.29% and ended up with 6.99% so you can understand why I was not thrilled.

Justin was great to work with. He made the process super easy and helped me get exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend Port City Nissan.

The service department is always great when I bring my cars in and this visit was no different. I hadn’t made an appointment and they got me right in and went over the price and what was needed. Waiting room was clean and filled with refreshments. My service was done quickly and they walked me to the payment center. He went over the bill with me and then I was cashed out.

Always hated the auto buying process but Port City Nissan made the purchase easy and less stressful Only had the truck a few days but love my new ride!

I brought my truck in for service on my remote car starter... fixed no charge 😊 I also received some good advice after my truck was looked over for service free of charge

I came to port city because my local dealership was playing a lot of dirty games. They got me the truck I wanted for a great price!

I was greeted immediately by the service manager. Even though I exceeded the 1 year window for a free standard 6000 mile service, it was waived and my service was free plus they washed the car! I was told that it would be about an hour but they finished in less than that. I’m happy with the service I received.

It took two visits to find a problem with a tire with a slow leak.. This indicates to me that either the person performing the work did not take the time to find a slow leak.

The staff at Port City Nissan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I went in for routine service and they noticed some parts that would need work in the future.

Alex went above and beyond with helping me. He listened to what I was looking for. It’s been 12yrs since I even had to think about getting a new car and he made my experience so easy. Very friendly, patient, answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all!
