I have bought several cars from Shepard Toyota. I like to a buy a car from a local business. Gaige Waas was very helpful and accommodating to me yesterday. I had thought that I would purchase the car next week but I drove it home on the day of my test drive! It was very easy. I appreciate having this business in my community.

I been buying cars for 50 years and this is the easiest place to do business. They worked hard to give me the best deal. They explained how they arrived at my quote. The transaction was supported by an attentive and caring and knowledgeable staff. They serviced everything that needed attention on my 2016 Tacoma TRD. I love my truck. A big part of my feelings toward my truck was how positive the experience was in buying it. My experience with the sales, finance and service departments was excellent. They replaced battery cable and front brakes. When done I noticed me electric running boards were not working. 4 confused looking guys tinkered with it and finally got them working. The next day they were not working again. One of the guys told me even though it was an after market item installed by another Toyota dealer they were not familiar with them and was not sure what happened and didn’t know how to fix. So now I have to find someone who does know how to fix and pay for a repair that Shepards caused. Makes me question the quality of their other work. Will not go back

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past with Shepard's and both times were favorable and this time is no different. I worked with Bill Carr and he is great to work with. He had his work cut out for him dealing with me because I'm so hard to please but Bill worked everything out to my satisfaction and so we sealed the deal. Will always come back to Shepards.

We have had a very positive experience buying a new car and trading in our older one. Bill Sr. was attentive, not pushy and very knowledgeable, and even scraped off our dump stickers to reuse; Bill Jr. was helpful with a title issue, and Tyler in Parts called to ensure we knew the cost of some accessories. Seamless, comfortable, and a very responsive dealer.

Did very well selling vehicle. Once vehicle is sold that’s it. Service department is horrible. Never available. Poor staffing or maybe over worked. Very disappointed. When making first service appointment 1st available appointment 3-4 weeks earliest available. So made an appointment ahead of time for 2nd appointment. But mileage was getting close and need service sooner but when the change was made again had to wait another month for service.

Buying my past two vehicles at Shepard Toyota, working with both Bill's on their team was a easy process, no funny business or outlandish markups. They treat you like family, providing a seamless buying experience at a fair market price.
