    Been trying to get service done on our Avalon but no call back from service department, just voice mail. I have been two days now trying to get through... and left two messages today asking for a call back to make an appointment. They are not returning my calls. Had shimmy problem with Tundra at 30mph and 45-50mph. Was told tires were out of round. Replaced tires and still had shimmy. Road test balanced them 3 times and they charged me each time but still had shimmy, though not as bad. Found out a couple years later the shimmy was my torque converter and there was a bulletin. It would have been covered under warrantee but had to be replaced after warrantee ran out. Very expensive and now is going again. When we were shopping for the Avalon we called numerous dealers for prices. I wanted to buy local but could not get a good price from Shepard’s. Ended up buying from Charlie’s Toyota and saved thousands of dollars under what Shepard’s quoted. Tried to get Shepard’s to meet or beat the Charlie’s quote but they wouldn’t even come close. It is becoming apparent to me Shepard Toyota is very independent and could care less if they sell vehicles or do service repairs. I want to like them but they give me no reason to. The only plus is that they are close to home but it looks like I will end up having Charlie’s service our car even though they are 1 hour away rather than 10 minutes away like Shepard’s. Shame.

    It was a pleasure to work with salesman Bill Carr Jr. I had no idea purchasing a new car good be such a good experience. He and the support staff answered... my questions effectively and efficiently, made decisions that smoothed out the process, and made adjustments to meet my needs. My hat is off to the Shepard family. Thank you.

    I had Kristopher McMahon as my sales rep., and he was excellent. The used Sienna I purchased had a few minor issues(like the outside temperature gauge... was off) that I noticed after driving it for a few days, and he got those issues taken care of immediately. Great service on all levels.

    Have dealt with Shepard's for 25 years... the BEST. Recently purchased a used car. Bill Carr Jr. was personable, patient, compassionate and knowledgeable.... Outstanding in helping this older person, shopping alone identify what would work best to fit my needs.

    I am writing to bring to your attention the outstanding customer interaction I experienced with Bill Carr, Jr. I initially went to Shepard Toyota to see... about renting a Toyota Camry for an upcoming trip and I wanted to see if I could rent a Camry as I was planning on purchasing a used one in 2019. Bill Carr, Jr greeted my Wife and I and was very helpful in directing us to the rental area. Bill advised that the representative was at lunch but should return within the hour. I then asked Bill if, while I was there, if they had any used Camry's on the lot and what the prices were. He proceeded to review a few vehicles on the company website and inquired about what year and mileage we were looking for. Bill then went above and beyond by telling us that they just took in a couple of Camry's that were program cars and were not even listed yet. He brought both of them around for us to look at. We fell in love with one of them ans negotiated a deal. All the time we were with Bill he was nothing but pleasant and concerned about our satisfaction with the vehicle and transaction. This continued after the sale wen we discovered that one of the sets of keys did not work on our car. Bill again made every effort to ensure our satisfaction and immediately ordered a replacement key and scheduled a programming appointment for the new key. I want you to know how satisfied my Wife and I are with the car and more especially the courtesy and respect shown to us by Bill Carr, Jr Thank you Linwood & Rebecca Lothrop

    Was in desperate need of a vehicle as some form of black magic decided to take mine from this world far too soon. I decided to give Shepards a chance based... on some recommendations from other patrons and family friends. I went to the dealership and by some miracle act of god, I was introduced to Bill Carr Jr. Bill assisted me by giving me the best price and the the best value for a used car. As I type this, that car is sitting in my driveway and gets me to work and the grocery sore every day. Absolutely no pressure buying experience, he even opened my door for me (what a gentleman!). If you're in need of a car, don't hesitate to head over to Shepard and ask for Bill Carr Jr. and you'll leave a happy a customer. Shepard Toyota always bringing the best price.

    I knew the car that I wanted, but we had some logistics to deal with first before buying our car. Bill Carr, Jr. was not pushy at all and was there whenever... I had questions. I absolutely loved and appreciated his quick responses on everything. I normally hate buying vehicles, but this process was so easy and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Bill Carr Jr. I know Shepherd's will be the first place I look when it's time for another!
