We've just bought our 3rd Toyota from Handy Toyota in St. Albans. Even though it's 40 miles from where we live, it's worth the drive.This time Samantha Laurencelle helped us find just the car we were looking for in a Rav4 Prime. She helped us locate the car, and got it too us in less time than we expected. She and the Handy Staff made the experience fun and easy.. no pressure at all. We'd highly recommend working with Samantha and Handy !!!!

Jesse was a great help when I was looking for and during the process of buy my new Tacoma. Will work again with Jesse in the future on next purchase. The hole dealership was very pleasant being there specially during a pandemic.

My wife and I recently purchased two vehicles from Handy Toyota within a timespan of two weeks. Cody Durkin was our sales rep and Dennis Gebhardt was our finance manager. They were fantastic. Cody responded to my emails and phone calls promptly, answered my questions clearly, and worked fair deals on both vehicles. I've already sent a few friend his way, and I'll be back again when we need our next vehicle.

Tory, my service advisor at Handy Toyota, was very sympathetic to my dilemma of not knowing what to do, should the recall repair for my car require all day, or possibly even overnight and into another day, to be finished. She offered a couple of solutions and I ended up accepting a lift back home from the shuttle service driver. This was Terry and he is a super staff member. Just about the friendliest person you could hope to meet. I truly enjoyed passing the drive time in conversation with him. Terry even jumped out of the car to help me when he saw that the wind nearly took the storm door from my grasp as I was entering the house. Later in the afternoon, I was surprised when Tory called to say my car was ready and would not need to be kept overnight after all. She sent another shuttle driver to pick me up. This time it was Mike G. Another super friendly staffer and careful driver. Amiable conversation with Mike G. again made the ride a pleasure . Many thanks to Tory, Terry and Mike for services which allowed me to spend the day at home (though the Handy service department's waiting room is also quite comfortable.) I am happy the repairs to my car were successful and finished sooner than expected.

The only reason I gave 3 stars for buying process is the amount of time it took. I feel like it shouldn’t take 4 hours to buy a car.
