Excellent dealership, super clean and everybody working there seems to enjoy their job. They will take care of you, well worth the trip.

I called and made an appointment for Friday for my regular maintenance. I added on that I was having brake malfunctions and lights coming up on the dash. I came to my appointment. I waited two hours and I got charged for a diagnostics and didn’t even get my oil changed done, but they tried to sell me tires and joints. Was not very happy by the time I left now I have to come back again on Friday to get my oil maintenance done because I am overdue now and you didn’t have the part in stock so I had to wait and get that as well.

Working with Handy Toyota was great. Was able to test drive a couple of cars and Cody helped find the one perfect match for what we were looking for.

Have bought both of my trucks from them and always appreciate the lengths they go to make it happen. I did most of it in my lunch or after work and they stayed late to help.

Handy Downtown has always done a great job on my vehicle's and I never have to wait weeks for a appointment.
