I had a poor experience at this dealership.
I had a poor experience at this dealership. Test drove a car that had not been inspected, but told over and over again it a a great car by someone who came to the dealership for all maintenance. Put a deposit down. Was rushed to sign paperwork so it would count towards the previous months sales. Car did not pass their inspection. It is three weeks later and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Overall, stereotypic sleazy car dealership feel.

Mitchell takes the stress out of car buying. Thery always do the right thing pay attention to the needs of the customer. ALL of the staff are courteous and helpful. They also have a great Service Dept.
