I just wanted to thank the manchester honda staff for such a wonderful job helping my wife and i find a car. We came in wanting a honda civic, and left with exactly what we wanted. The color make and model. You made us feel at home, we helped ourselves to a cup of coffee, we never felt pressured into buying the car you helped us get approved, showing us the car and all its amazing features, signing all the paper work was easy as cake, and then congratulating us on our way out the door. We literally felt like "royality" Manchester Honda is above all in car perfection and customer service. We drove the car home and absolutly LOVE IT!! Thanks again, to you Paul, and the great guys of Honda, Brian Fitzgerald, Jean Biel, and Vic Camillieri. You guys made us feel very important... and you can be sure i'll definitely send people your way when looking for a car... Thanks Again Shane an Jenny Burke

I have purchased two vehicles from Manchester Honda, and the process has always been exceptionally easy and painless. I worked with Kris Selby both times and he was always very knowledgable and easy to work with. The buying process from start to finish was incredibly easy and painless. Everything was explained up front, so there were no surprises at the end. I would recommend Manchester Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Their prices are non-negotiable, yet still very competitive. The sales process compared to other dealers is night and day. Manchester Honda will take the time to explain your options and listen, they do not pressure you to make a decision.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT MANCHESTER HONDA! I drive a 10 year old Honda that was purchased and regularly serviced through a private mechanic in town. I brought my car to Manchester Honda because of a recall and while it was getting serviced, I received a phone call from an employee claiming that I had multiple problems with the car that were critical and considered safety concerns. Considering I had an oil change the day before, which checks for many of these issues, I decided to bring the complaints to my TRUSTED mechanic to determine if they were actually a problem. There is no other way to put it except that Manchester Honda LIED about the repairs my car needed. They claimed I had less than a millimeter left on my front brake pads. My mechanic took the wheels off and showed me while the car was on the lift that there were 3 millimeters left on my brake pads, enough for me to drive another 10-15 thousand miles. That is over a year of driving for me, hardly a critical repair! They also claimed that my control arm bushings were cracked, a $400 and something dollar cost for parts alone to repair. I saw these bushings while the car was up on the lifts. NO CRACKS. They also claimed I needed new tires because of a little normal wear and tear. Multiple other problems that Manchester Honda "saw" were looked into and turned out to be false as well. These people are clearly out for as much money as possible and are eager to take advantage of someone they think doesn't know any better. Don't fall for their lies and make sure you get a second opinion before potentially throwing thousands of dollars away on unnecessary repairs!

However, I think it would have been beneficial for all of us if you had taken advantage of our offer to come back into our dealership with your Honda Civic and with your local mechanic so we could have reviewed the recommended repairs together. When it comes to safety items such as brakes or suspension items, we would rather air on the side of caution then send you out on parts that could fail down the road. No matter what length of time. We are happy to see your Honda Civic has over a 125,000 miles on it and we hope you get another 125,000 miles of safe driving. Thank you again for your time and input.

I have been going to Manchster Honda for aproximately 13 years. My most recent purchase was a new Honda Accord. This will be my third new Accord purchased from Manchester Honda. I have had Dave Babella has a sales person each time and have been extremely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and is concerned about your needs and what is best for you. I have also had my previous two Accords serviced at Manchester Honda and cannot recall a bad experience. All of the employees at Manchester Honda treat you with respect and coutresy. With my overall experince with Dave and the dealership over the past 13 years I really did not think about going to another dealer.

I can't even find the words to express how great it was working with Bill Nolette. Not only did I work with him 2 years ago when I bought a car, but this past week our family bought another car from him as well. He is so professional and he truley goes out of his way to help his customers. He does not push ideas, rather he wants to make sure he matches you with the absolute best car for you and your family. Not only that, but he picked me up and dropped me off at my house twice during the process! I refer everyone that I know to Bill at Manchester Honda. Without a doubt, you will get the absolute best customer service you have ever experienced. If you don't believe me, than go see for yourself!

I live in Norwich Ct. about 40 mins away from Manchester Honda but am I glad I called them to inquire of a vehicle.I immediately knew that i needed to make the trip up there in the first 30 seconds of my phone conversation with Zach!!It did'nt even feel like I was dealing with sales people but rather with friends.They were'nt pushy or opinionated.They made me feel at ease right away.i got the feeling that all they wanted to do is tell me about the vehicle I was interested in.Whether I bought it or not was really my call.It was a very different experience.I'll never go anywhere else to buy or lease a vehicle.John Barao,Zach Farrah and the new guy Jarad.....all FIRST CLASS guys! I had done my homework knew what my beloved 2007 CRV was worth and what you would probably quote as MSRP and all our #'s were in the same place and with no haggling walked out with my 2013. As an aside I am not crazy about the new look but went with it because of reliability and the fact your service dept has ever tried to get me to do work I do not need - mechanics in the family watch over my shoulder! You guys rock- now redesign the CRV by the time I go car shopping again and I will be in 7th heaven
