Overall experience was average at best. The salesman did not communicate updates with the vehicle in a timely manner. Salesman was difficult to get ahold of.

I have used the dealership for service for the last 4 years. I just recently purchased a 2019 used MDX and the process was very smooth and allowed me to work at my own pace. I found the inventory on their website, confirmed the availability and an appointment was set up with my sales person.

I have to say this was my best experience ever purchasing a car! From the beginning to end I received nothing but the best customer service. I emailed inquiring about the newest TLX and Rachel contacted me back almost immediately and set up an appointment. Upon arrival, Michael Uhlman already had the car pulled up front and running for me to explore. Mike certainly went above and beyond for me! Michael was even able to work with the ladies at the bank to keep them open past closing time just to assist me! Mike and Brian were both very friendly and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns.
