I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Schaller Acura. Working with Michael Uhlman on my latest purchase was a lot of fun! I visited 5 dealerships during my search for a new car and Michael was by far the most knowledgeable salesman, enthusiastic about the product he was showing us, was a no pressure presence during the entire process and had a great sense of humor. The next time a friend is shopping for a car, I will absolutely send them his way!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Michael as a sales and finance associate. He answered my questions with enthusiasm and did not pressure me with anything. When providing explanations, he took whatever time was required; he gave me the impression that I was his only customer. With his professional demeanor, I would recommend him to others as well as to return to him in the future.

Finance Department (Mr. Savo) needs a course in customer service and how to treat fellow employees. I was not impressed with the finance department at all. This is the only reason I gave the dealership Schaller Acura of Manchester CT 2 stars. It would have been 5 stars.
