It was a very good experience. Communication was done in the way most convenient for me. The focus was very clearly on making it an easy and painless transaction. I would not consider going to another dealership for a Ford.

Great customer service. Both Brendan and Billy were great salesman. The only thing better was if they gave me my truck for free

Excellent staff.

Excellent staff. Knew what I was there for and took care of it in a timely fashion. I was even offered a ride to a nearby place to get breakfast because I mentioned I was there early and missed breakfast. I had a chance to talk to a couple of your sales people who I had purchased cars from. Actually it was a nice visit.

Within 29 days I had a dead truck 2x.

Within 29 days I had a dead truck 2x. All that was done was to replace 2 batteries. They insisted that was all that was needed dispute numerous complaints about dead maverick hybrid issues out there. I doubt that my problem has been fixed and I anticipate I will be back again and have zero confidence that if I go out of town that the truck will reliably start in the future. Come on Ford Do Better!!! Loyal Ford owner since 1974!!!
