To me, buying a car is usually a stessful event and one which I'm not fond of...It's a big purchase and you better know what you want and what you are getting...I had a nice stressless time at Joe Rizza Ford/KIA... Everyone was helpful and NOT pushy which is what I liked..I would recommend your place to friends

2012 Fiesta H/B
I absolutely love this car! It has great features on the inside & outside. It's made my commute into the city for work more enjoyable. Frank & Gary at the Orland Park office were very helpful, and do great business with their customers! I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Joe Rizza Ford in the future.

Shopping for my New Car via The Internet
When my husband and I decided to replace my Ford Escape that was recently totaled in an auto accident; I shopped on the internet to find the best deal possible. I dealt with at least 7 Ford dealerships and it was an effortless choice to choose to buy from Joe Rizza Ford. Why? * They met all my wants. Everything. I even got extras. * They were truly pleasant to work with. Never intrusive. * They gave us the BEST DEAL. * It was obvious from the beginning they wanted our business. * Customer Satisfaction still exists. Wow, I thought that was extinct. Thank you so much John Runia/Internet Sales & Bill Kassanitz/Direct Sales. I am very pleased to say that everyone at Joe Rizza Ford was always courteous, professional and respectful. My husband's says the only negative thing was, the 8 hour wait to have paperwork completed without being fed or watered.

The gentleman in charge of my service was very nice, informative and helpful. The only problem I had was calling to schedule an appointment. I called several times using the prompts and trying to connect to service.After 3 times and being on hold greater than 10 min each time, I told the opperator no one was answering. All she did each time was try to reconnect rather than going to get someone or trying to fix the problem -- very frustrating and made her appear lazy and uncaring.I finally try the parts dept explaining to him and he went and physically got someone from service. When I came in they told me there was a problem with the phones. Had the operator listened she would have known this at 9:00 am versus 1:00 in the afternoon. Wonder how many customers you lost that day because she was not proactive in her problem solving and customer service skills. I gave all 5 stars because my service rep made a good recovery with his interactions so I didn't down grade everyone because of her.
