Excellent service.

Excellent service. Charles was very helpful and patient. It had too serviced after the 1st month but, all the issues were resolved.

Worst Maintenance experience I’ve ever had!

Worst Maintenance experience I’ve ever had!!!!!This place makes me sick to my stomach! CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES. I brought my accord here to get the safety recall on the fuel pump replaced It’s failed three times now!! They screwed up my car and tried to put it on me…. They tried to con me out of a new water pump which another mechanic said did NOT need to be done along with other things started digging into my engine without my authorization, sending me videos of my spark plugs taken out of my engine!!! One of the maintenance technicians stole my Ray-Ban’s from my vehicle and they damaged my door handle! And ripped the seam in my backseat. This is the worst Honda service I’ve ever had in extremely afraid To ever bring my vehicle back here. Daniel in service has a nasty attitude that Doesn’t belong in the workplace. When I brought this all to their attention all they did was change the subject. DONT EVER COME HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR POSSESSIONS AND YOUR WALLET

RE: car had problems with starting. Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid was not functioning as designed. Kelly offered the alternative of a re-built starter, if it was required. The car then went through a complete check-up by the qualified Honda mechanics.on site. It was determined that the problem was with the battery. A new battery was installed. The customer picked up the car later in the afternoon. The whole experience was most satisfactory. Additionally, the customer save a significant amount of money because of the trouble-shooting of the Honda mechanics. Well done Hoffman Honda Team.

Kelly and Jennifer were both very helpful.

Kelly and Jennifer were both very helpful. The video helped me understand the problem. I left car over night and it was ready by noon. Paid a little less than expected. I trust Hoffman’s and go there for everything.
