The Management for Sales and Service were excellent; they were respective to my needs and questions. They made sure the recall repair timely! They add a new icon for my oil on dashboard. The service mgr. Was fantastic the day of the appointment! She added value to me as a customer responding to a question I had with up dating the mapping system. I did have to come back the next day because I had a code on my dash B17 which was not on previously. The service rep. Failed to give me the a copy of paperwork addressing what the technician found. Dave on the welcome area responded quickly and explained any questions I had. You need to clone him for the fantastic customer service he provides!!

July 17, 2026. Went for appointment for service for a manufacturer’s recall. Was greeted immediately by a very personable representative who took basic information and sent me to see a service rep, Kelly B. She was cordial and business-like, sensitive to my statement that I wasn’t interested in additional services that day, and initiated the repair. I was able to read in the waiting area with little interruption. And I was out of there in just over an hour. Hondas are great cars, very reliable and durable. I was greeted at Hoffman Honda by a very pleasant and professional Simon Karikari. I told Simon that I would like to test drive several different Hondas because I was undecided as which vehicle would suit my needs. When I contacted the local Hoffman dealership to see if they could help me, they were so accommodating. Upon my arrival, my car was immediately taken for evaluation and within the hour it was fixed! My 2018 Odyssey was in for the side air bag recall. Joe Hernandez was excellent to work with. He helped me with some other systems that were ready for updating. Joe knows the technical side of things and is professional and friendly.
