Very rarely does the quality of customer service and professionalism compel me to write an on-line review. The service provided by TJ Kudla and the rest of the staff at Hoffman Honda in West Simsbury deserves recognition for such superior service and customer and attention. My first experience at Hoffman Honda was when I traded in my Accord Coupe for an Accord sedan to accommodate my growing family. TJ possessed a complete knowledge of the specifications of both cars and knew exactly what my car would be worth as a trade-in. The price that I received for my trade-in was exceptional, as was the price and financing options for my new vehicle purchase. As our family continued to grow, we traded out of a Pilot into an Odyssey. TJ and team continued to provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and representation during negotiations. In my estimation, TJ works very effectively with his helpful management team to arrive at a great price. TJ went well above and beyond standard quality salesmanship when he came to our house to pick up our car to have a trailer hitch installed. My husband and I have had both of our vehicles at Hoffman over the summer for a couple of different service issues. Not only was Dan courteous and on top of communicating with me the status of both our vehicles. He was able to save us a significant amount of money over what another service center wanted to fix the same problem on my husbands car. He also got our car back to us in a short amount of time as promised. My car was warranty work and tricky to diagnose but Dan was determined to figure it out and make it right. I've always been skeptical about having my car serviced at a dealer but with all of the help Dan and his team has provided my family I wouldn't hesitate to bring our cars to him again! His thoroughness with our vehicles while looking our for our wallets at the same time Is greatly appreciated.
