Brakes, battery and oil change

Oil Change and air filters

Work was done on a timely basis and extra work explained in detail. The waiting area is a nice place to wait for the work to be completed.

Excellent customer service and great price

My wife and I were initially interested in purchasing a 2014 Camry. After visiting the Hoffman Toyota dealership we decided to walk over to Hoffman Honda to see what it had to offer. That's when we met Sarah. She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with us. More importantly, we never felt hurried. Sarah encouraged us to take our time in making a final decision. We are especially appreciative that she arranged for us to take several road tests, including an extended road test with a Honda Accord that we ultimately decided to purchase. In summary, Sarah's assistance, coupled with a great price and a generous appraisal for our trade-in made for an excellent buying experience. We highly recommend Hoffman Honda.

They make it work

I wanted to own a Honda Accord but wasn't sure I had the resources to make it work. Over a 24 hour period, Sarah Klass researched all my leasing and buying options, then helped me whittle them down to one that worked for me. It was an enormous effort requiring automobile expertise, judgment about my comfort level in different risk situations, knowledge of the ins and outs dealing with the DMV, credit card and insurance companies -- and proficiency using an electric drill. At one point when things looked bleak, her boss, Jason Gunn, made me an offer I could't refuse. Thank you, Jason and Sarah. I am very grateful. This is my second new car purchase from Hoffman. TJ Kudla and Hoffman offer great customer service and value

Very rarely does the quality of customer service and professionalism compel me to write an on-line review. The service provided by TJ Kudla and the rest of the staff at Hoffman Honda in West Simsbury deserves recognition for such superior service and customer and attention. My first experience at Hoffman Honda was when I traded in my Accord Coupe for an Accord sedan to accommodate my growing family. TJ possessed a complete knowledge of the specifications of both cars and knew exactly what my car would be worth as a trade-in. The price that I received for my trade-in was exceptional, as was the price and financing options for my new vehicle purchase. As our family continued to grow, we traded out of a Pilot into an Odyssey. TJ and team continued to provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and representation during negotiations. In my estimation, TJ works very effectively with his helpful management team to arrive at a great price. TJ went well above and beyond standard quality salesmanship when he came to our house to pick up our car to have a trailer hitch installed. Knowing that it would be difficult for my wife to come to the dealership with four kids in tow, TJ recommended that he come pick up the car and return it upon completion. The service department at Hoffman Honda is also very strong, providing quick, hassle-free service. Thank you very much to TJ Kudla and the team at Hoffman Honda! We will be return costumers for many years to come.

New car purchase

This is the fourth car we have purchased from Hoffman and it was the easiest negotiation; they met our needs, didn't pressure us, and gave us a great price; the whole purchase took less than two hours, including the test drive; and now we have two years of free maintenance too! As they say, why go anywhere else but Hoffman's

Great service

My husband and I have had both of our vehicles at Hoffman over the summer for a couple of different service issues. Not only was Dan courteous and on top of communicating with me the status of both our vehicles. He was able to save us a significant amount of money over what another service center wanted to fix the same problem on my husbands car. He also got our car back to us in a short amount of time as promised. My car was warranty work and tricky to diagnose but Dan was determined to figure it out and make it right. I've always been skeptical about having my car serviced at a dealer but with all of the help Dan and his team has provided my family I wouldn't hesitate to bring our cars to him again! His thoroughness with our vehicles while looking our for our wallets at the same time Is greatly appreciated.
