Service was fast and customer service was great. T went above and beyond fixing an air bag recall I was unaware of. I felt he treated my car as if it was his own. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Rocky Subramani is the best Service Advisor you have or could ever possibly have! He is the most sincere caring friendly warm & honest human being there could ever be! His expertise & knowledge regarding Hondas & vehicles is brilliant, & he is proficient in procuring what service you need in a timely manner. In fact he is so sincere with his customers & such an extremely hard working employee~he is on the go always, & numerous times I have frequented his office~he never has time for lunch! The Customer always comes 1st! He is extremely hard working~ puts the customers needs first~ extremely polite ~& always with a big sincere warm caring smile to greet you, & get you & your car on your way! He is ingratiating & the essence of sincerity with your customers, deeply cares & succeeds in achieving their needs beyond expectation. I recently was informed I needed a new alternator for my 2000 beloved lil Honda Civic. He procured one for me at a wonderful price in a timely fashion~ made an appt. for me, & made sure 1st that is what the car truly needed, that's how sincere he is! He is honest beyond compare. It makes one only want to deal with him forever~ because of his deep sincerity, proficiency, integrity, caring, knowledge, & warmth. You have a true treasure & gem in Rocky~ you always have! The customer service was excellent. I waited for my minivan to be worked on and it was very quick. The only negative is that the waiting room was very cold.

I love working with the wonderful people at Hoffman...

I love working with the wonderful people at Hoffman Honda! Even though we've moved and now live a 45-minute drive away, I'll keep coming back. The service is excellent and the service advisers are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They respect my time, and always manage to get the work on my car finished quickly, as promised. I trust the folks at Hoffman Honda, and their prices are very fair.

New Car

I am a person who enjoys the car buying process about as much as a trip to the dentist .Recently my wife and I came to your dealership looking for a New Accord. Our sales consultant ,Mr Richard Small provided us with professional and courteous experience.He took the time to explain the benefits of either leasing or purchasing a vehicle.. Realizing that we where on a tight schedule, he made sure all of the parts of the transaction went smoothy and we where able to meet our commitment. Over the years I have purchased cars from various Hoffman dealerships, I think the idea that you are treated as family speaks highly of the staff . Mr Small has all the attributes that epitomizes the Hoffman philosophy,in this day and age when you are basically a number I feel confident that his efforts made our experience enjoyable and informative, and not a trip to the dentist

It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was polite and friendly and kept me informed about the progress being made in servicing my car. I especially enjoyed the free wi-fi while I waited.

I've been a customer since I bought my CR-V in September 2005. All the service reps are professional, courteous & friendly. I don't leave without feeling good about the service that I receive that's why I keep coming back. They keep me as the customer happy & take care of all my car needs.

alex is helpful and knowledgeable about honda products- not just the element i drive- he is great on giving suggestions for helping keep my "forever" car in good shape without my having to remortgage my home. hoffman, in general, has stood behind it's work and has fixed problems. in the current economy it it great to find a dealership that actually believes in customer service. thanks for being so nice.
