Hoffman Honda
I purchased my third new Honda Accord from Hoffman. My Sales Advisor, Mir, was excellent. We covered all aspects of the new car and he explained the whole process. He spent three and a half hours with me and was very thorough. I would definitely purchase another car from Hoffman and Mir. I really like my new Honda and am getting used to all the gadgets. I would recommend Hoffman dealership, although I have only had dealing with the Honda dealership. I imagine that the other dealerships would have the same customer friendliness.

Having my cars serviced at Hoffman Honda is almost fun! I am courteously and pleasantly greeted by the fellow who checks me in. He then escorts me to Rocky's office, where Rocky welcomes me cheerfully and professionally, which is why I always have him as my service manager. If Eric discovers something needs fixing that I had not planned on, he comes to the waiting room and explains the problem to me extremely clearly and professionally. Since Eric always services my cars, he knows them very well. What more could I ask for? With Rocky and Eric taking care of my cars, I am very fortunate! Bill Mollineaux

Found the CRV I was looking for at Hoffman. They called and emailed to confirm my appointment. I went all the way up there only to find out that the car I was interested in was no longer available. I was extremely disappointed that the sales person didn't mention that fact when we talked. It was very inconsiderate and I wonder if the car was ever there. The car I was interested in was still up on their website a week later. I wonder how many other customers got fooled.

my car took much longer than predicted. however, the service people were very nice and helpful. i got the promise of a free detail for my trouble. i was very impressed by the service rep...her apologies and great service are the reasons i will return and reccommend this Honda dealership to others. thank you andrea scafuri ps....i am however not happy with the end of this review. it makes it too difficult to leave the site. too many requirements

Janetta and Honda were wonderful. They were concerned for my safety due to loss of breaks and treated me with fabulous service. Janetta understood all my concerns and was extremely helpful. Arranging me transportation and future services. I would highly recommend Janetta and Hoffman to anyone who is in need of Honda service. After being their loyal customer for 7 years I will not go anywhere else.

The ridgeline came in for complete detailing. The outcome was beautiful with one issue that needed to be corrected. Rocky stepped in to make sure the final job was perfect and to my complete satisfaction. He really went beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied, and I am. I came in to have a key recoded, and the service staff...
I came in to have a key recoded, and the service staff ended up working for two hours to finish the job and clear up some problems that they found. In addition, they did an inspection that had been ordered by Honda and that I had forgotten to schedule. Throughout, Rocky Subramani was extremely helpful and friendly. In the past I have gone to dealership service centers and they have tried to upsell me on all sorts of additional work, but Hoffman was focused on taking care of the work I needed done. In short, I would recommend Rocky to anyone with a Honda who needs work done on it.

Excellent efficient service. Employees were helpful. Having a loaner car made a huge difference! My car was towed in and I was immediately helped and supplied a replacement car. Communication from Janetta was outstanding. She was courteous and kept me in the loop. Thanks.

My first visit to this dealership. The entrance is very customer friendly. I was greeted right away, and sat with Rocky the service advisor to explain what I wanted/needed. I made an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. I heard from Rocky mid morning about needing an alignment also, which I approved. Picked up the car at 4pm. Two parts had to be ordered so will be back once those are available. A very good experience.
