Excellent Sales Experience

Russ Rubinow provided us with an excellent sales experience and BMW genius Kevaughn did a good job explaining our BMW’s technology. We love our new X3 and highly recommend New Country BMW.

President

Excellent sales staff, Seth did all the work for me, 1 trip 60 minutes everything completed quickly. Kevaugn educated me on the new system quickly and accurately. Very positive experience

Excellent experience!

Jackson was a great salesman. Very responsive and not overly aggressive - an experience I had come to expect with other dealers. Business Manager was thorough and expedited the process but made sure I understood what was being signed.

New Car Buyer

Steven is a very knowledgeable sale representative, he takes his time to go over every last detail of your purchase. I would highly recommend him and this dealership as they perform all aspects of service, from the sales department to the service department in a top quality fashion.

Lease deal for 2018 330i

I had a deal in mind which I was attempting to replicate locally. I was lucky enough that the deal was with minimum hassle negotiated and I was able to lease with a 2018 330i without wasting anyone time with Karim and the process was very quick, efficient and straightforward. I was actually surprised at how smooth the process was in comparison to interactions with other dealerships but I couldn't have asked for a better outcome here. The vehicle came in great condition and Kevaughn explained everything great along with any questions I had.

320Xi Lease

My wife and I had a very positive experience leasing a 320Xi this month. The team of Steven Rothman(Sales), Kevaughn Fyffe(Genius) and Staci Davis(Finance) could not have been more professional and helpful. The New Country BMW facility, inventory and customer service is second to none. Given many closer options on the Shoreline I'm glad we selected New Country BMW in Hartford.

Bmw at new country

My experience was great, since I was assigned genius named Kavaughn. He helped me with all the technology BMW comes with. Answered all my questions patiently. Also when we were there second time he took care of everything for us. Highly satisfied with all services offered at the dealership

Buying a Car at New Country BMW is a Great Experience

I recently bought a car at New Country BMW and the staff there were extremely helpful and true professionals. Marco Marinelli worked very hard to make sure my “buying experience” was a positive experience. Marco truly made every effort to ensure that I was getting the car I definitely wanted. I am very thankful to Marco for the research he did and for his professional dedication to his customers. Kevaughn Fyffe was the “BMW Genius” that assisted me with gaining a better understanding of the inner workings of my car. He did a great job with his attention to detail and his explanation of the technology that the car has to offer.
