Great experience

I had great experience got the lease better then other places for the CIVIC (this is my 3rd honda from this place) and the sells guy Jakup a young dude did a great job answering all my questins with out pushing like some other dealers sells ppl do. Satisfied

Easy and seamless!

Jerry M was extremely respectful and made the purchase of my new minivan a pleasant experience. No hidden costs, accessories or meaningless back and forth. Completely transparent transaction which made for a quick deal. Thanks!

Buying a new car

It was simple and easy. I would RECOMMEND everyone TO HONDA ON GRAND. My previous car purchase from Fields was horrible. Everyone there are dishonest and unethical. DO NOT GO to ANY FIELDS car dealership.

Bait and Switch

I attempted to purchase a car from Honda on Grand, but the dealership is the epitome of why people do not trust car dealers. Completely dishonest. They pulled a classic bait and switch between the car I requested online and the one at the dealership. There are too many other reputable Honda dealerships in the western suburbs to waste your time with these folks. Buyer beware.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

The team at Honda on Grand is great. They are willing to answer any and all questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and can offer advice where you need it. This was my first car so I was a bit apprehensive but I felt very at ease. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.

Going above and beyond

I was here on Saturday with my aunt and we were just weighing her options in terms of getting a car but we didn't think we would leave with a car!!! Igor, Dan and the business manager were so nice, they weren't pushy and my aunt got the car she wanted-a 2008 CR-V!! They were so patient and they really worked hard to get her the car she wanted and in the price range she was comfortable with!! I've never been to a dealership where they have worked so hard for you and didn't give up on getting you the car that you want! I also liked how fast they were! We were only there for 2 hours which is usually longer at other dealerships and they did not disappoint. So glad my aunt got her truck and that she came here!

The whole experience was pretty seamless.

Sam responded quickly and via email (my preferred method) to my initial query. I asked him a total price which he provided and there was no attempt to pad it when I was at the dealership - had there been, I would have walked out without buying the car so I was happy about that. Ryan, who took over from Sam, was very helpful and responsive with regards to getting the necessary paperwork to my credit union in a very short period of time and, when we got to the dealership, he continued to be helpful without being pushy. For example, without my having to ask, he offered a test drive - I'm not sure if that is standard but, in any case, I appreciated it. Despite his efficiency though, I didn't feel rushed or pressured which is important to me. Overall, very satisfied with my experience.

Ridiculously long services waiting time

For the third time, I have to wait for 2h 39min. For a simple oil change.They give priority to those paying more expensive services. I've a collection of apologies and free car washes cards. My time is money. Good to improve the waiting area, wrong not being able to provide service in a timely manner. Understaffed, disorganized or just careless costumer service....
