Outstanding experience with sales (Chap) and finance (Tina). The dealer jumped through hoops to get my car ready for a speedy delivery so I could use it for a weekend trip. Highly recommend.

The whole process was smooth and stress free. Chap, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the features and products that Subaru offers. It was refreshing to be listened to and his knowledge led me to an informed decision. I am a first-time Subaru buyer and I love my Forester Touring!

The service was awesome.

The service was awesome. Dan was on time. He took good care of me. Answered all my questions and I was able to drive from Connecticut to Massachusetts as promised. He quickly responded to a question I had the next day. Also a great job from all the staff I was able to meet. You were all awesome.

Went in looking for information on a subaru. Wasnt expecting to drive away with a brandnew crosstrek. Dan Mirles from the get go made us feel valued and respected from test drive to signing papers the process was seemless, No pressure experience. Glad we went with you. Thankyou.

Working again with Wayne Carpenter was positive and

Working again with Wayne Carpenter was positive and pleasant. He kept me informed about the status of picking up my new vehicle right up to when it was in port and when I should expect it to be available. He was going to be out of town for the actual pick up time, but made arrangements with a colleague who was going to help finalize the deal. Unfortunately, he was not available to help with the purchase, reason unknown. There was a salesman who assisted me with the delivery. I do not feel that I was given the best attention on all the features of the car and how to work everything.
