Recent purchase

This is my 12th vehicle purchased from Falveys over the past 20 years or so. This latest one cost more than my first home but I experienced the same high caliber purchase as all the others. Very pleased with my first time working with salesman Bob Blinderman and Sales Manager Bob Lusk. Both are very personable, knowledgeable and reasonable during our negotiations. None of the heavy pressure you find elsewhere. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. I continue to return to Falveys mainly because of guys like these two indivduals and also because of whenever I need to return for service or repairs the folks like Roy have always made me satisfied. I've even had occassion when Tim has stepped in to make a call in my favor. It was also quite pleasing to meet TJ recently. Overall Falveys continues to earn my business through the hard work. Great Experince

I just purchased my first new vehicle from Falvey's and it was a great experience. Great customer service from all that had a hand in assisting with my purchase. I would especially like to thank my sales consultant Robert Blinderman who went above and beyond the call of duty he was very knowledgable/friendly and answered any questions I had with satisfactory.I will definatly refer family and friends looking to purchase their next or first vehicle to Falvey's .

Enjoyed working with "TJ" Falvey.

First time I purchased a car (Dodge Dart) from Falvey's in Norwich. Our salesman - TJ Falvey - was very personable and made the experience enjoyable. He wasn't "pushy" - something I really appreciated. I'll definitely send referrals his way.

I'm a Customer For Life

I just purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Compass Latitude from Chuck at Falvey's Motors, Inc in Norwich, CT. I can?t thank Chuck, Bob, and Tim enough for making this happen for me. They have a new customer for life. The entire process from the first phone call until I drove away in my new Jeep was incredible. It was by far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Here is my story: I had a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, which was my 5th one. I absolutely love my Jeep. Just recently I had a major problem with the power train. I brought it to a nearby dealer, not my usual dealer because I was 50 miles away. They told me it wasn?t covered under my Added Care Extended Warranty and it would cost me approximately $2500.00. I called Chrysler and discussed this warranty issue with them. They said I missed my 5 year power train inspection; therefore, I had no coverage. They did tell me, to reach out to my dealer and have them call their area manager. They said the area manager is the only one who can override the missed inspection and reinstate my coverage. Therefore, I called the dealer who had my Jeep, and asked them to call their area manager. They said he most likely would say no. I said please ask him anyway. They emailed him, we waited 3 days and he never responded. Then I called my regular Jeep dealer that I have been loyal to for over twenty years. I asked them to reach out to their area manager. They said that is not something we can do, Sorry. I started searching online, making inquiries and making calls, considering on trading my 2008 Jeep in after I paid for the $2500.00 repair. A very stressful time, for almost a week has passed and I had to borrow vehicles from family and friends. That?s when Chuck Sawchuck from Falvey?s Motors in Norwich, CT answered my inquiry online and called me. I explained my entire situation to him. He spent an hour on the phone with me. Not only was Chuck very professional and knowledgeable, he showed genuine empathy about my situation. Chuck said he would work some numbers for me and call me back the next day. As promised chuck called me back the next morning. He said he explained my situation to Bob, the general manager and Tim, the owner of Falvey?s. Chuck said that they made some phone calls, reached out to their area manager and were able to get my warranty reinstated. I was so happy and relieved. I had my Jeep towed to Falvey's immediately. Chuck didn?t know me and I never purchased a vehicle from him, but he was willing to go out of his way for me. The dealer that I have been going to for over twenty years didn't do what Chuck did for me. I was so lucky to have come in contact with Chuck. He went above and beyond for me. Lisa ? East Haven, CT

Purchasing our car at Falvey's.

Our dealing with Falvey's was a very positive experience. we were not pushed towards something we didn't want and the sales staff were very helpful. We came away with the car we wanted at a fair price.

Great Service

This was our first time for purchasing a vehicle at Falvey's. Darnell Williams, the salesman who helped us with our purchase was very helpful, efficient and courteous. We will definitely recommend Falvey's and Darnell to all of our family and friends.

Falvey is a great place to do business

Falveys is a great place to do business. This is the second car I purchased there and I recommend this place to everyone Bob Blinderman is a peasant and efficient salesman. He listened to what features I wanted in a car and showed me the perfect one. He walked us through the paperwork as quickly as possible.

The Falveys Experience

I have purchased a number of vehicles at Falveys' in Norwich over the past five years. In my estimation, they are the most professional dealership I've bought from. I've lived all over the Northeast and due to the number of miles I drive annually,I purchase a lot of new cars. I've had both good and bad experiences with both foreign and domestics including some of the 'highline' imports. Every time I've purchased a vehicle from Falveys, they have been direct, upfront and gave me a very good price and multiple purchase/lease options up front. Each negotiation has been very quick and professional with none of the "I've got to check with my boss....I'm giving you such a great deal" fraud that so many dealerships still try to use. Bob Lusk is a top notch General Manager and has always put us in the vehicle we wanted at the best price, even if it's not currently on the lot and needs to be brought in. Chuck Sawchuck is an extremely professional salesperson and has terrific product knowledge and helps find the vehicle that fits our needs. The parts and service departments are courteous and quick and my vehicles have always been serviced properly and when I purchase Mopar accessories, they're always right the first time. Highly recommended. I've also sent friends there and they've had similarly positive experiences.
