Were Actually Invested in Helping First Time Buyer
I was a first time buyer and my experience at Quality Subaru could not have been better. I had a particularly complicated set of needs: very specific make and model demands, credit history pock-marked with many moves and addresses, and most difficult of all, I needed to register the car in Alaska, where I'd be driving to start a new job just a few days after purchasing the car. Chris, Ed, and I suspect others, too, went above and beyond to make this happen, and in a way that was both pleasant and financially optimal for me. I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable my family and I were working with Chris Carey to make sure the car I ended up buying would meet my needs: he was friendly, honest, well informed, and very, very patient with this first-time buyer's many questions. Likewise, Business manager Ed Chen helped get me a fantastic financing package on top of all the extra paperwork they had to go through to make sure I wouldn't encounter problems driving a newly purchased car across the continent. Having had practically no experience buying a car this could perhaps all be chocked up to naivte, but both of my parents--veteran car buyers and leasers--were impressed with both the amicability, professionalism, and care with which my purchase was handled. Cannot recommend highly enough. To top it off, I have a lightly used manual Subaru hatchback with ~10K miles I'm confident I can make it from Connecticut to Alaska with in the days ahead.

My family has now bought 3 cars from this dealership over the years. It's the depth of knowledge, the consistent communication, the dedication to follow-up, and their recognition that the car buying experience doesn't have to be a constant barrage of information and proposals that keep us coming back. tl;dr they know when to talk and when to shut up, and when they talk, they know what they're talking about

Seamless
There was a rental car waiting for me when I arrived. There was regular communication on status of repair from Paul Honious. Paul also negotiated all warranty issues on my behalf. I was notified immediately when repair was complete. I stepped out of the rental car and back into my car and off I went. This was a seamless operation. It's never convenient when you have car trouble, but this was close. Thanks Paul. Chris Dellaselva

Great!
First contact with the business was Kristen T., first through the Internet, and then when I came in personally. Her email communication was very efficient and useful, and one of the reasons that this is one of the dealerships I approached. She is a very personable and funny young woman. I wasn't nervous or preparing for a contest, but if I had been, she would have put me in a good frame of mind. Chris Carey sold us our Impreza. It was almost like buying a car from one of your cousins! He was very earnest in making certain that we were getting what we wanted, and were happy with the deal. The one misunderstanding that we did have, he worked through very professionally, and I felt he was quite sincere. Everybody has to make a living, so he isn't giving anything away, but we felt he was just as concerned with a happy customer as with getting our money. Ed Chen did our paperwork. Another cousin! He was extremely competent, and we actually had a good time talking with him as he went through the process. We don't usually go for extended warranties, because we don't buy what we don't understand. But Ed went through the pluses and minuses with us very carefully and logically (even using visual aids!), and without pressure, so that we felt good about it, especially at the discount he was able to offer. A pleasure to watch a pro at work! All in all, a good deal, and a good experience!

We were pleased with the overall professional, yet personable sales and finance team! Mark Soll assisted us in the purchase of our 2015 Subaru Forester. He was knowledgable, patient, and dedicated...coming in on his day off to meet our delivery-date timeline. Our experience with Peter Zagorski & Ed Chen was also very positive. This finance team listened to us, honored our budget, and we felt respected!! At our delivery appointment, Ed assisted us in navigating the paperwork-end of financing our new car with ease! First Subaru
After life long loyalty to another Japanese brand name vehicle and with some trepidation we bought our 1st Subaru at Quality Toyota. The salesman Mark was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process easy from start to finish. We appreciated the no pressure treatment. Mike Ward was also very pleasant overseeing the smooth running organization of the entire transaction. We are very excited about our 2015 Forester and are looking forward to becoming loyal Subaru owners!

New Car Purchase
Wanted to purchase a 2015 Outback. We were told we had to order a car and it would take 8 -10 weeks to get due to manufacture back log. After working with the General Manager we were able to get a car within a week. We had to take on more options in stock car (literally off the delivery truck). They did not come off price as much as we wanted due to demand and dealer trade, but overall very happy with the purchase.

Outstanding internet and sales service
Even though I decided to go with a different brand of car I want to recommend this dealership. Having spent several days researching and getting quotes on line I could see that this dealership really knew how to work with a customer on line. I was able to all the the negotiating on line with Kristen Ntoukiantzis who was friendly, prompt and thorough. I did not have to ask for the out the door price; everything was clearly outlined and she was able to go directly to the manager so I did not have to work with too many people. When we agreed on a very good price I test drove with salesman Chad Esposito who again was very friendly, no pressure and had all of my information available. While this may sound like the obvious way to do things, I found that it was not typical. If you are interested in a Subaru, check them out.
