It seems like the parts department try’s their best to get rid of you instead of being helpful. If you give them a part number and try to buy a part the first thing said is I need a vin #, then I can’t do anything without a vin #. This does not happen at any other dealership. My part was not in stock ( a simple gasket ). They could not even tell me if they can get it by Friday. If they wanted to be helpful maybe say let me see if another dealer has it in stock but I know better. I called another dealership with a part number without a vin # with no issues at all. I was so impressed with this dealership I will never go back to Richard’s

I just drove off in my new 2026 Equinox and had the best experience, all thanks to Elissa and Angel. The car-buying process can often feel stressful, but she made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about all the features of the car and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. I never felt any pressure and truly appreciated her professionalism from start to finish. If you're looking for a low-pressure, high-value experience, ask for Elissa. I can't recommend her enough!

We spent days on the phone working with Anthony in sales who was fantastic and is not part of my critique. After providing a deposit, we drove over an hour with our 6-month-old, test drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, agreed to the sticker price, added it to our insurance, and showed up with a cashier’s check for $33K ready to buy! Then, right at the signing table, to everyone's surprise (including the dealer’s), a brand-new recall notice appeared on the vehicle for a potential loss of drive power. As new parents, we simply wanted one day to call Jeep and review the details because even though the recall was plastered all over the internet as a serious safety concern, there was little substance about the significance since it was so new. We even offered to leave an additional deposit. Instead of partnering with us, management said (in polite words) to take it or leave it. Despite all the effort and commitment we had already shown, they showed indifference to the recall and our safety concerns. I understand the need to close deals — they are a business, not a charity — but these were unique circumstances. We left with a bad taste in our mouths about management, and the very next day bought a car elsewhere

Hi Keith. We understand that you called our dealership interested in pricing and availability of a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. After being provided with the information, you informed Anthony, your Vehicle Specialist, that you would like to continue shopping around. Anthony advised that we could not hold the vehicle while you continued your search without a deposit which would place a temporary hold on the vehicle. Thus, you decided to leave a deposit on the vehicle. When you came to take delivery of the vehicle the next day, you tried to negotiate the price, and we advised that we are a one-price pre-owned store. After letting us know that you were still considering other vehicles, you ultimately decided to continue moving forward with the purchase until we discovered a newly released “no remedy” recall on the vehicle. You requested that we continue to hold the vehicle for you while you conducted more research on the recall, wanted to contact Jeep headquarters and continue to shop around. While we completely understand that you wanted to do some more research, we needed to release the hold on the vehicle. Accordingly, we refunded you the deposit and the vehicle was placed back on the market. We regret that your experience was not satisfactory. We did appreciate the opportunity to work with you and wish you the best with your new purchase.
