Loyal Customer for years, Dealership is less than honest with pricing. Buyer beware of KBB Values they show you. Removed negative feedback and only likes... positives to boost sales. Poor excuses and apologies for their wrong doings, read reviews across the board, not just on their sites. Do you research and be educated before going to this dealership. Went to Blasius in Waterbury and Terryville, at least they appreciate an old customer.
Customer came to our dealership interested in purchasing a 2020 Silverado. We provided customer with pricing and a trade appraisal on his current vehi...cle. Customer was not satisfied with our trade valuation and, thus decided not to purchase the Silverado. Customer advised our sales manager that he felt we were dishonest about our trade pricing. Our sales manager thoroughly reviewed our trade pricing system with customer, but customer continued to maintain a different opinion on it. Ownership contacted customer prior to receiving this review to discuss this matter. However, no resolution could be reached. We regret customer's sentiment about our dealership. At Richard Chevrolet, customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and it is unfortunate that we could not satisfy customer in this instance.
Placed a payment on a car to hold it, credit was approved, date set to finish paperwork and another salesman sold the vehicle to someone else. Wasted my... time and dropped my credit all for nothing because of poor communication and business on their end. Don’t recommend.
Customer came to our dealership on a Wednesday to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Customer placed a deposit on the vehicle which holds a vehicle for 48 h...ours. On Thursday, it was determined that customer could not be approved without a co-signer. On Saturday, customer came to the dealership without the co-signer to determine whether she would be moving forward with the vehicle purchase. Customer was advised that she needed to call one of our sales managers by a certain time on Saturday to advise whether she would be moving forward, or we would need to refund the deposit and potentially sell the vehicle to another customer. We did not receive a call back from customer within the requested time and, therefore, the vehicle was sold to a different customer. We later contacted customer to advise of the vehicle's status and presented customer with an alternate vehicle that could suit her budget and needs. Customer was not interested in the alternate vehicle and, accordingly, we refunded customer's deposit. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we regret that customer was not satisfied with her experience at our dealership.

Being a young first time car buyer I had no idea what I was looking for. The wonderful employees at Richard Chevrolet in Cheshire CT made the entire experience... very simple and thoroughly enjoyable. Jay and Sean made themselves ready available to help me find the best deal possible on a 2016 Honda civic that runs absolutely wonderful. 10/10 experience very genuine interactions with all the employees, all of them ready to help.
