My recent 65K service, brake replacement and tire replacement experience was luxurious and effective from beginning to end. I was always attended to within seconds of my arrival in their showroom-like reception area. They make extensive use of information technology during the repair process, sending me videos for my review and work authorization. The loaner car was immaculate. I felt completely confident that my car was getting the thoroughbred treatment she deserved.

Peter and everyone at Weeks were great. We spent less than an hour looking at cars, selected one and made it work financially and were out the door where Peter continued to complete the process in our absence. We came back the following Monday and in less than 30 minutes we walked out the door with our new car. Great experience overall

Great customer service and great timing. Came out to get my vehicle from its annual service check, and it was cleaned outside and in. That really threw me back quiet as kept, LOL however I am grateful and will recommend your service. Blessings!

The Fairfield Audi Service dept. is the best! My 2010 Audi 4 wagon had some major leaking problems. They checked checked my leak complaint and all the other possibilities. They fixed my problem and kept me informed me all the time they kept the car. They picked up and delivered the car. The detailing i requested made the car look like new.

There have been 5 cars purchased at Audi of Ffld by 3 family members, all have been served there. It is a great dealership that listens to their customers and works with them to figure out what you want/need. That is a rare quality in anyone- never mind a car dealer! I highly recommend them!
