Knowledgable, friendly and professional staff
I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue at Middletown Nissan and have nothing but praise for the dealership and staff. The dealership itself is large and clean with a huge variety of new and used Nissans in their lot. My salesman, Tim, was knowledgable and helpful in the car selection process. He knew a lot about the product and was able to show me how all of the features in the car work in a way that was easy to understand, including setting up my Bluetooth for me. I had a great experience meeting with sales manager, Justin, finance manager, Joe, and delivery coordinator, Aleks. All were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Middletown Nissan and their friendly, knowledgable and professional staff to anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan. They made the car buying process easy and painless. Outstanding Customer Service
This past weekend I took home my brand new 2013 Nissan Altima. So very happy to say, I finally feel like I can breath and enjoy life again after all I went through the past several years with another car I had purchased from a different dealership. After that horrible experience, I went into Middletown Nissan, cynical, with much skepticism, scared, with my guard up, promising I'd never trust anyone ever again. By the time I had made my decision and was given all that I'd asked for and then some, I felt this incredible relief and my trust and admiration for this dealership is more than I ever expected. I found Middletown Nissan to have a team of the most outstanding, compassionate, professional and caring people of any other dealership I've visited. They went above and beyond, answered all my questions and seemed to have compassion for the story I told them of my prior car buying experience. This is truly the place I would send friends, family, and anyone I know that is looking for a, state of the art facility, excellent customer service, a beautiful, reliable car, and above all honesty and integrity. With Sheri, I was given a complete tour of the building and told what to expect when coming in for future oil changes. Her car delivery, explanation of all manuals and protection plan was very thorough and easy to understand, you mapped out everything, excellent! You are the best at what you do. There is a comfortable seating area to wait. I brought 2 other people with me and they too were treated with excellent customer service as well. Each time we came, Jennifer offered chairs, coffee or something to drink. Jennifer knows her product, shows how each feature of the car works and took the time to pair up both our cell phones to the blue tooth. She goes out of her way to make the customer feel welcome and at ease, she has a soft spot for children and families, knows just the right things to say. Many thanks to Justin for opening my eyes to an option that I had never even considered, I came back because of you. The financial part of this was huge and you exceeded my expectations!!! Russ, you are a sweetheart with a nice smile. Because of this outstanding team of people: Jennifer Bordonaro, Justin Heuser, Sheri Thompson, and Russ, I can relax with peace of mind, drive with an affordable low monthly payment, love my new car, and be confident in my decision. I can feel free to do all the things I wasn't able to do with that other car always in the shop. My son will finally enjoy his stress free and tear free mom. His smile means everything to me. ALL A-OK
I am extremely pleased with my new car buying experience with Middletown Nissan. (And this is from a person who equates car buying to a root canal!) As I approached the showroom, Gary greeted me and it was great from there on. I knew what I wanted, and drove away with it all; a new Rogue with bells and whistles! The financing process was bearable with professional/persistent personnel (thanks Dawn)! Everybody was friendly and accommodating. I live in Weston, much closer to Bruce Bennett, but they were not compliant or respectful during my initial visit. After one phone call to Middletown, I spoke with James Gomes and was completely convinced they were the dealership who deserved my business. I was looking to lease a new 2013 Altima that not only was EXTREMELY limited in availability (on a national level), but did not have any promotions considering the 2012 models were still flowing through the lot. Within five days of my initial visit to Bruce Bennett, the Middletown team seamlessly helped me negotiate a price well below invoice for a car barely out of the factory, in a color I wanted and a price a college student could afford. Not only did they make the impossible deal possible, they did it without complaining, causing distress, or making me feel inferior. While we did drive over an hour to get to the location, the entire team greeted me as you would expect a family on Thanksgiving. This experience was incredibly personal, and after working so closely with some of the most impressive team of people, I feel it was undeniably one of the best days of my life. Following the deal close, I have received very welcome follow-up calls from Frank and James, who had been checking to make sure I loved the car and that everything was going well. I cannot even begin to verbalize how appreciative, impressed and grateful I am for this team and truly hope going forward that anyone looking to buy, lease, or even test drive a car, will make Middletown Nissan their choice destination.

Though a newer vehicle did not seem like something I could afford in my future, Dawn was very pleasant and explained warranty options but did not push them on me. Dawn was very down to earth in her approach and though we had a longer wait than expected,she was very timely in revising and finalizing my contract. Nice to meet you Dawn! A.Edman

I just wanted to say this was a great experience for me. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Maxima from Middle town Nissan. Their entire team from their receptionist to finance manager treated me well. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan.

In March of 2012 we took our Nissan Sentra in for an oil change. We drove out with our sixth straight Sentra lease, our third with Middletown. Based on our three transactions with Middletown we can say the service is timely, thorough and courteous. All the employees are friendly and helpful. We always feel relaxed and enjoy the inviting atmosphere. (coffee/tv). Rob Mayne always tries his best to compromise on price and get us the car and extras that we want. We expect to continue our string of leases at Middletown well into the future. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone.
