Good Customer Service but no need to always upsell

Everyone is friendly but the up-sell of unnecessary, expensive services is getting ridiculous. One visit they tell you your car needs certain things, you decline and the next visit they bring up all new issues but no mention of the previous declined services.

Friendly Staff

Sale Manager and Sale advisor were very polite and helpful. The facility need to improvement which is already in process. It is very outdated, specially the service department and waiting room area for the costumers.

Routine Oil change

Friendly service representative. No pressure to have other work done. Comfortable waiting area. Chairs need to be redone as they are raggedy.

Searching for a used SUV with 3rd row seating

I had a great experience with Milford Acura, only thing I wasn't overly happy about was the non-negotiable price when I wanted to buy cash out right instead of financing. I'm disabled and can't afford month payments as a single mother of 4 and need a bigger vehicle.
