Do not purchase a car from here! They sold my 17 year old daughter a car that was not safe to drive on the road. All of the tires were dangerously bald and there were no working lights at all. Our salesman promised payment for repairs but then the manager mocked me and my daughter for not knowing better. He then offered to refund the car, but we had just spent $1800.00 doing what they should have done with the car before they sold it. All that I asked from them is to pay for the repairs and they are refusing. Now I want to help others not make same mistake.

I purchased a car in early April and I had a pleasant experience. Mike the owner/manager of the facility ensured that any concerns that I may have had were addressed promptly. I’ll for sure look to purchase here in the future.

I have never received such poor customer service in attempting to purchase a vehicle. I live out of state, was referred by a friend, was trusting to make the trip due to the referral, but I was treated with complete disregard. I requested that Alex, the sales manager, allow another salesman to assist me as Alejandro made minimal attempt to communicate which was all initiated by myself; this request was ignored, and I was sent directly back to Alejandro. I would assume this dealership is a multi-million dollar dealership as my money was not wanted. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, and would not recommend to anyone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. It's unfortunate I am unable to leave a 0 rating as this is what is deserved by the staff at this establishment.

Would not recommend this place grow 3 1/2 hours for a card they told me was available get there and it’s not left the place call them on the phone acquired about the same car and they told me it was available it’s a scam to try to get you in there and sell you another car

Was going to buy a truck from them when I called about the truck they told me it all good that when would I be able to go see it so I scheduled to see it when I got there they told me it had a check engine like an that it was because it had a delete on it so I just left the dealership for that reason then I started to do a little bit for research for some other trucks on car guru an I saw a post of the truck by someone privately an they bought the truck a as they drove it back to there house they noticed that the truck was bad so they toke it back to the dealership

I had really bad luck at every other dealer due to credit issues, I came here and they made me feel very comfortable and never seemed judgemental to my situation. They showed me every car i wanted to see, and told me all my options. best car lot experience overall . Recommend david, he was awesome

my wife and i came in to look at the mini cooper we saw online and we were very happy with the service we were given. From the time of first contact with danny we were very happy so happy with windy city motors that my wife made the purchase of a 2007 mini cooper convertible. Everybody was very friendly and courteous and we will be more than happy to deal with windy city motors in the future if need be thank you windy city motors
