Very rude & unaccommodating Very rude & unaccommodating.
Very rude & unaccommodating Very rude & unaccommodating. I was told after my inspection I can return vehicle at any time. I called to let VW know when I was returning vehicle & was told there was no room due snow & I would receive a call back, which I never got after 1 week. When I brought it in was still told no room when there was clearly empty spaces. Was told this is not the dealerships problem

I was told years ago when shopping for a car it’s not just simply about the negotiated price. It’s about the entire dealer experience you get when shopping. Executive VW shopping experience was a 10/10. George, Dexter and Scott made the whole experience awesome. I walked in at 3pm on a Friday with the intentions of just looking at a CPO Tiguan and after about 10 minutes with George I knew I was leaving with that car. They made the process pain free and actually enjoyable. I fell like I made 3 new friends and got an amazing car. Thanks guys! See you at my first service in 10k miles!
