We had a great experience as I had an incident with my
We had a great experience as I had an incident with my car and the rim around my wheel well was loose and our technician, Jacob, was able to pop it back in place for us. Also, we were having a problem with our windshield washer fluid reservoir and it turned out only the hose had let loose and again, Jacob, was able to secure it back on. We were extremely happy with our service experience.

Executive Volkswagen of North Haven has been my go to
Executive Volkswagen of North Haven has been my go to dealership around since I bought my Tiguan a couple of years ago. I originally had an issue with my tdi Jetta and brought my car to executive instead of the other dealer I bought my car from due to bad customer service I received there. When I bought my car Skip was able to help me back then and when I was in the process of buying my Tiguan as well. Skip has helped me over the years with any mechanical issues or tuneups needed. All in all my experience with Executive has been great! Always in a timely manner, everyone is very attentive and helpful.
