I stopped in on a Saturday because my car had a service engine code. The service tech got it right in. Fixed the problem and did a software update. Meanwhile, my husband and I had a great conversation with Jeremy while we waited. An hour later I was back on the road and able to enjoy my weekend.

The repair itself was completed (new speaker in door) however when we got into the vehicle, the door immediately wouldn’t open again, so I had to return to the service desk. They fixed the issue right away, which I appreciated, but it was concerning that the vehicle was released before the repair/door was fully verified to be functionally. Since we drove over 40 minutes to this shop, it was frustrating to have to turn around, and it also raised a potential safety concern if the issue hadn’t been discovered before we left. Considering it was the passenger door, I may not have noticed immediately had I not had a passenger in the car with me.
