i am sure the oil change is fine, but a 2 hr wait was too much. I wish I could have made an appointment. The guys at front desk were extremely busy.

My experience was great! I had a recall on my 2018 pilot and without hesitation Curtis Ryan Honda booked the first available appointment and replaced all the necessary parts.
