I love this dealership’s service department! They do express oil changes without appointments and quickly. They have all my records and know my required maintenance at a glance. They are very good at giving estimates up front and good about getting in touch if anything unusual crops up. Always courteous, efficient and informative. I’ve had my Honda Civic for 10 years and have never made a repair - just normal maintenance like oil and tire changes and 100,000 mile checkups. Same is true for my Honda Accord which I had for 14 years (140,000 miles!) No joke. Original muffler, etc. I love Honda!

I went to Curtiss Ryan for my first service since I leased my 2026 CRV in October 2025. I was immediately greeted by their service advisor Shawn who was very pleasant and wished me a good morning. He asked for my information and informed me that the wait would be about an hour and sure enough it was only an hour wait. He then explained everything on the work invoice in an easy to understand manner. Overall the experience with Shawn Vaz was top notch.
