This was only my second visit to the service department for an Express Service and everything went fine.I hope as the services & repairs get more complex they will go as smooth.Curtiss Ryan has an excellent service department reputation .

Jonathan was great from the minute we walked in. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us the cars we were interested in. He explained everything very well. All the differences between the cars. He was so very patient. I asked a lot of questions. He’s very friendly, sweet, & caring. He wanted me to find the perfect car, and I did! It’s been 21 years since I got a new car. I wasn’t looking forward to car shopping, but I picked the right place. This was the first dealership we came to. We planned on checking out several, but got the car from Curtiss Ryan. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it! Jonathan is wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Billy was also great. He very friendly & made the financial part smooth & easy. Thank you!

Shawn went above and beyond to help me and he answered all my questions. He even went out to my car with me after the oil change to show me a few things in the car that I had questions about. Very kind and professional.
