Unfortunately, the finance manager was way too pushy for the add on packages. There was also a typo of my address in the paperwork that ended up delaying everything and it had to all be redone.

Excellent service !

Excellent service ! Mr.lChapman is the service manager has a " pulse " on the daily customer needs ! Jay, the assistant service manager , ensures the service managers daily directives are followed! Chris, the shop manager, verifies the mechanics have what they need to complete the customers vehicle maintenance and or repair is completed in a timely manner manner! Executive Honda is an outstanding dealership and the employees are its greatest asset !!
