My vehicle was finished a lot sooner than I expected. Top notch mechanics and personnel working there. Very clean shop. Very friendly and informative on repairs needed to be done.

we are northsiders
As the title says, we travelled from the lincolnwood area and bypassed quite a few dealerships to buy our car here. I am glad we did. All steps of the experience here were excellent. Everyone has a great attitude and while life happens and hicvups do occurr, they are quite upfront about any issues that do arise. The staff always makes time to answer questions or assist in any way they can.

rude service !! I drove 2 hours for nothing! not even any kind of good service! by phone they tell you something but by person ( different person ) they totally chance

Should check the brakes
I did not get my brakes taken off and checked. How do I know how much millimeters I have left? Also, my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. I felt that your service department was in a hurry.

Best Place to buy a car from (Great Service)
Oak Lawn Toyota is a great dealership to buy a car. I saw great reviews before going to the dealership and I now understand why. The staff is very pleasant to work with. Mike Henery is the salesman that assisted me in my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. He's very down to earth and helpful. He did not pressure me into purchasing. From the moment I sent a request regarding my interest in the car he was very responsive through emails and telephone calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. On a Wednesday, I made a down payment to hold the car until the upcoming Saturday and when I made it to the dealership the car was still there. Others were interested in the car but because I made a down payment, the dealership held my commitment. The 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid is everything I was looking for. If your looking to buy a car, go see Mike Henery and I sure you won't be disappointed.
