Great Experience With Service and Purchase
I grew up right by Oak Lawn Toyota and I brought in my 2003 Audi to have it serviced a few years ago and from then on after that. They did a great job with that car and when it was time to buy a new car I knew right where to go! As a single woman the car buying process can be a little intimidating but I was always treated like family at Oak Lawn Toyota! Steve Barrix was great to work with and I really enjoyed my experience. I love my new new Rav4, and my friends at Oak Lawn Toyota!

Great car buying experience
Oak Lawn Toyota Salesman Jacek Makselan was a pleasure to deal with. When I bought my car, I forgot to include an optional item I really wanted. Jacek stood with me at the Parts Department to made sure I got the item quickly?and at a good price. I was so impressed with Oak Lawn Toyota I referred them to a relative?she bought a car too!

Good Internet Sales Rep
The Internet sales rep who responded to my query at Cars. com was quick and to the point and sent me useful information about the different vehicles I was considering. When I visited the dealership with my wife to look at and test-drive the vehicles, however, a salesperson said the rep was not available. Although we spent quite a bit of time, he could not give us any helpful information about the availability of the vehicles we were looking or the prices. We had to return disappointed!

Great First Car Purchase Experience
This was my first car purchase and could not be more pleased with the help I received. Jack Makselan could not have been more knowledgable or helpful in this big decision! Comparison amongst several models and certain aspects of packages was critical in me being able to make the right decision.
