I only gave a 4 out of 5 for price since I'm not sure what service or diagnostics was performed regarding the battery system of my Leaf. The work report was silent on this. I don't even know if it was checked, and I would like to know what change in performance, if any, has happened now that the car is 2 years old.

simple service of synthetic oil change and tire rotation...
simple service of synthetic oil change and tire rotation completed timely while I waited. They could not re-attach one edge of the front bumper that had come loose -- unfortunately they don't do that work and must go to body shop.
