I looked at a lot of cars online before I found one here that I really liked, and within hours of checking it out online Steve Duffy had sent me a personalized video showcasing the interior and exterior of the car. From then on, Steve was fantastic: always patient and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had, and he went out of his way to help make the back and forth between the bank, the insurance company, and the dealership very easy for me. I love my new car, and had a great time buying it.
