Bad customer care, car sold, never call me

I got tired of calling them or send them emails, send my personal information twice hoping they get me a loan, they never answered me. Through cars.com I found out the car had been sold, thank you very much. I already know my credit is not the best but at least I could have called and advised that I would not sell the car to me, bad credit no car.

After sale experience

Despite written demand not to contact me Gina Digiacomo keeps harassing me with Emails. She does not understand that someone doesn't want to be contacted. It sucks. Purchase of the car was very good experience but after sale harassments spoiled the whole deal.

Good experience and dealership

Had a wonderful experience buying a Odyssey from ohare honda. The process from the beginning has been very easy. The sales guy Job Alex has been very informative and friendly during the purchase process and explained patiently all the questions we had. Over all its a good dealership to buy a car.

Purchased Honda civic

Purchased Honda Civic with the Costco discount. The salesman told me about this, but then they do everything in their power to make sure you don't get it or have major add on's that are not covered. Right before final price they wanted $400 bucks more for some plastic door guard trim that might have cost 5 to 10 bucks. Finance manager was the worst of the group. Attempts to double deal you and add more bucks into the deal by confusing double speak. When I asked about it he adamantly declared I was wrong about the double $600 charge. I should have stood up and walked right then. Stood my ground and they had the sales manager come in to tell me that it was a mistake and I was right, that this rarely happens. B...S..... The finance guy is a big burly dude that tries to intimidate you. What a joke!! I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They use all the old school techniques to confuse, intimidate, and wear you down to try to get more money out of you.

Very Bad Experience

Visited the dealer yesterday for a 2015 CR-v test drive. Had booked an appointment with Gina the internet sales agent.If its going to be a busy day they should have told me when I booked the appointment, Gina failed to do that... I landed at the place on time but receptionist said its going to take a while. After 5 minutes emailed Gina that I am at their reception, 15 minutes after, I called her mobile no response...Then after 45 minutes of wait, called her direct line, she said some one would come to help me. After another 15 minutes no one turned up, called Gina again, no response. I told the Receptionist, I have been waiting for more than 1 hour so requested some one to help as soon as possible, she said all are busy so its going to take a while..I left the place without a test drive. Emailed Gina of my experience, she did not even respond to my email. Very very bad customer experience.

Everyone here was great. From when I started with emails to when I purchased my vehicle to the follow up I received a few days after I purchasing my car. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for and excellent experience.

Great place, great deals

I recently bought a low mileage Honda Element, my dream suv since they came out. Tom W. was fantastic! He explained everything about the car to me, and he and the sales manager & general manager worked with me when I needed an extra day to talk things over with my wife, holding the deal and the car until I was able to return the next day. I will definitely go back!

Had a great experience

I bought my Civic last Monday (9.15.14). The experience was great. The salesman Eric was awesome. He showed me all the ins and outs of the car. I recommend this dealership to everyone. So far the car has been great, it?s only been a week so I can?t think of why it wouldn?t be. But I know if there are any issues AutoNation will take care of me.
