Great Experience

I had a fantastic experience when I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Fit from Autonation O'Hare. My sales team included Theodore Wala, John Azpura, Gina Digiacomo, and Jeff Fleming. They were friendly, genuine, and experienced. The overall process was as painless as car buying gets. I left feeling very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Autonation O'hare!

Great Experience!

Today was my first time buying a new car and I had heard many positive reviews on Auto-Nation Honda O'Hare so I decided to check it out after I had looked at a few other dealers. I was absolutely sold on the new 2014 Honda Accord and all that was left to do was iron out the details and get the price that I thought was affordable and fair and that's exactly what I got. The experience here was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and really put me at ease while going through everything. Things were explained to me in full detail and for every question I had there was a concise answer and no beating around the bush on pricing. The staff members that I dealt with in my purchase today were Shahbaz Sheikh and Eric Szpara. They were both very knowledgeable and provided me with a great deal of help and made sure I was happy with the deal I got at the end of the day. Both Eric and Shahbaz spoke with me and not at me. By this I mean that they didn't boss me around and they were accommodating to my needs and helped make the deal work. Overall this was an excellent experience and I couldn't have imagined it going any better than it did. I would definitely recommend speaking with either Eric or Shahbaz when at Auto-Nation Honda O'Hare and I would absolutely recommend the dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.

Great experience with AutoNation Honda dealer

I had already a nice experience buying Honda Civic a couple of years ago with AutoNation Honda.That was the big reason to go back with them for our new car. The sale person John Ruberry was very polite,easy going and no pushing. He did the impossible to provide as much information as he could so I can make my decision independently. My new experience was even nicer then before. I bought a car and I was treated with great respect and kindness from John, his boss Andrew and the financial representative whose name I believe is Jeff(if it is not I apologize). I will definitely recommend AutoNation Honda in Des Planes and the high professionalism of their staff.

AutoNation Honda O'Hare was great to deal with.

Our salesman (John Ruberry) at Auto Nation Honda O'Hare spent a ton of time with us. We went of several test drives, he showed us several different mini vans in the lot, he explained what all the different options were and then asked us what was important to us in these options, he checked the availability of the different styles and colors of Odysseys, he told us how low he could go on the price and didn't pull the "let me talk to my manager and see if I can go lower game", he was never pushy, in fact we went home and thought about what we really wanted and came back the next day to buy after we visited another Honda dealership and found out the price John Ruberry had quoted us was competitive, then John spent a lot of time explaining the settings on the Odyssey and set them all up for us, he had the car washed and filled with gas before we took it home, the warranty department explained our different options for an extended warranty and once again did not push us into get one. The next day after we got home with our new mini van John called us to see if there were any other settings we wanted changed or if we had any other questions. We told him no because he was so thorough with us the day before. We were very impressed by the service received.

Very pleasant experience.

I bought a Honda Fit 2 weeks ago at AutoNation Honda O'Hare and was very relieved to have my business processed cheerfully and efficiently. Erik Kaczmarek, our sales representative, was especially helpful. I was very nervous about test driving a car on busy streets, but Erik was a calming instructor. Negotiation was long, yet everyone was polite and pleasant and anxious to make us comfortable. I was very pleased & thankful for Erik's service in loading everything from my trade-in car into the new Fit. I had expected to do that myself, so it was a pleasant surprise to find every piece of my junk stored neatly into the trunk.Thank you all so much!

Nice experience purchasing a new Honda Civic

I recently purchased a new 2014 Honda Civic LX at AutoNation Honda. I am extremely pleased with the Sales Representative Sariq Bukhari. He took time explain all the minute details about the cars and options. They even offered to return my rental car so that I can drive my new car. Thanks to Sariq Bukhari and Andrew Hamilton for all the help during my car purchase.

O'Hare Honda is GREAT !!!

We bought a 2014 Civic last Friday. It was the BEST car-purchasing experience we had. Sales staff John R. and Dennis R. were both excellent. I first met John in late 2013. In the past 6 months he patiently answered many of my questions on cars either via email or the phone, until we finally decided on the right car for the family. At one time we were thinking about a Prius. We finally had decided to go with John R. because we trust him. Our purchasing process has been a very good experience and I will recommend anyone to see John and Dennis (and AutoNation Honda O'Hare) if they want to by a car, new or pre-owned. Thank you John and Dennis!

We just purchased a Honda civic car from AutoNation Honda O'Hare. Two thumbs up for Sariq Bukhari and GSM Andrew Tomlinson . Sariq Bukhari was a very accommodating car sale person who assisted us in everyway he can.. Excellent attention to client sale & service needs

Excellent attention to client sales and service needs. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with John R. with our recent purchase of a certified Honda Odyssey. From the moment of introduction we were not only made as comfortable as possible, but at every turn a member of the sales & service team was there to make sure we were well informed about the process (of purchasing a car to best fit the need of our family). General Manager, Andrew, was a professional... not just in the area of cars and sales, but in customer satisfaction. John and Andrew worked very hard to make sure we were happy. When it came down to signing papers, we were introduced to Peter and Jeff in the finance area and once again my wife and I were impressed by the warm welcome and committment to understanding everything to ensure our happiness. We feel as though we joined a family as opposed to simply making a purchase. The Autonation O'Hare Honda family. We look forward to having our new Odyssey serviced here for years to come AND to the next opportunity we have to get another vehicle... We will be coming back because we know we will be treated with respect and get a quality experience from strat to finish (though they stand by their service so there is never really a 'finish' as much as always being there when we need them).
