I recently purchased my first vehicle (2014 CRV) with Stan and John at O'Hare Honda. It was a joy working with them. During my time with them, they both went above and beyond any preconceived expectations. No question went unanswered, and every answer was backed up with factual data. I am by nature quite indecisive and take tremendous time to make a purchase. Genuinely, I was extraordinarily confident in purchasing this automobile, I had no doubts. Every person I encountered was helpful and very knowledgeable. It is great to know I have a team of people I can return to with any questions or concerns, and definite future purchases!

Car Buying Experience
We recently leased a vehicle for our son who is commuting to college daily. We met with Steve Foresta and he provided us with options of vehicles and cost comparison. I recently called this dealer for Honda odyssey was posted on car.com , I spoke to a salesman about this car. his responded was " oh it sold " but I Honda pilot ,I said I m looking for a Van for family. he replied " oh pilot is good suv. . a week later the same van was still on the car.com , I called again I spoke to the used car's manager , about the Honda odyssey 09 touring and ; she said " oh still in the lot ,but this car is going to the auction tomorrow , and I will let you know with the status. never did. it seem like they don't know what is going on . poor customer services.

Just purchased a new Odyssey/Touring through Auto Nation...
Just purchased a new Odyssey/Touring through Auto Nation and worked with Adolfo Roman. I'll preface the rest by quickly saying if you are in the market for a new Honda, CALL ADOLFO NOW! I have met very few salesmen with Adolfo's integrity, respect for the customer, and honest passion for the product he is selling. He made my experience of buying from a dealership much better than I anticipated. I had done my homework on financing and pricing prior to meeting with Adolfo. His numbers were initially higher than mine; however, he did not pressure me into coming up to his price point. He understood the concept of a customer's financial obligations and met my numbers exactly with very little negotiations. At pick up, Adolfo went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the product and that I understood how to operate all of the vehicle's technology prior to driving it off of the lot. Furthermore, within 48 hours of sale, Adolfo followed up again to ensure my family and I were completely satisfied. Thanks for a great experience Adolfo! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a Honda.

Mary and Andrew are amazing. The whole sale was so easy and painless. I even got the price I wanted with no "surprises" thrown in. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. This dealer is definitely one I will be returning to for service since the sales dept was soooo great!

This is actually a tale of two experiences. Originally wrote in and asked for a quote on a minivan and Gina was very straightforward and helpful putting numbers together. I was looking forward with working with the dealer to finalize the transaction pending an estimate of my trade-in. Actually going to the dealer was where the experience completely fell apart and left me very angry. When I arrived at the dealer and asked for Gina the manager introduced me to Adolfo and explained that he worked with Gina and would be helping me while I was there. I tried giving my keys to Adolfo explaining I was here to have the trade-in inspected but he said he need to go through the "procedures" of the experience. I was put off by this but thought I would humor him if the procedures were short. He proceeded to disappear for 10 minutes and show up with a minivan outside. I asked him why he brought a car out and he said it was part of the "procedures" and that we needed to go on a test drive. At this point I was really confused and starting to get angry as I had already been at the dealer for 20 mins and they hadn't even taken my keys to do an estimate on the trade-in. We went on a short 5 mins test drive and arrived back at the dealer. He directed me back to his desk and he disappeared. After another 20 mins of waiting I left. They had wasted 45 mins of my time and had not even taken my keys to look at my trade-in. I left. What should have taken maybe 30mins total to look at the trade-in and fold in to my quote turned into a complete waste of time that left me almost shaking with anger. Not only do I not recommend this dealership if Honda dealers come up in conversation I will tell people to actively avoid O'Hare Honda.

I went to this dealership, wasn't completely sure...
I went to this dealership, wasn't completely sure which Honda to buy Accord or Civic. The place was packed but I am glad Anatoly was our sales consultant he helped a lot in making car buying experience wonderful. Anatoly aka AL provided an excellent service he asked all the right questions related to my commute and my need. Keeping my long commute in mind he showed multiple cars with good gas mileage and comfort. I've bought New Honda Accord 2014 Sports. Even after car selection he provided all necessary details needed but went above and beyond to actually help me setup everything in my car. The only issue with my new car was that it has only one master key whereas it should have been 2 master keys and one regular key. Al actually informed me and got me official paper stating that I will get all the keys I would have just left with one key. Though this might not be a big deal for some people but I highly appreciate the honesty and his concern about his customers. Even though I am in different State now but I have complete trust and confidence in AL, his team and this dealership that this matter will be resolved too.And I highly recommend this dealership and Sales Consultant Anatoly aka AL.
