I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from O'Hare...

I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from O'Hare Honda. My sales person was Anatoly. Overall, the experience was very good. He was straight forward, to the point and very personable. He took the time to review all of the car features and found the exact make/model and color I was looking for. He was not pushy and even provided his cell phone number for me to use any time (day or night) if I experience any issues with my new minivan. He followed up after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the car and I really do believe he will be accessible if I run into an issues in the future. I read a few bad reviews about this dealership but my experience was a great one. The only complaint is that they don't budget on price at all - once you are quoted the "best deal" - that really is the best price they can offer so put your negotiating hat away. But all things considered, Anatoly made my new car purchase as painless as it can be. Thanks Anatoly!

Joe was accommodating to my needs as far as time . Very attentive and helpful. A friendly face to greet me as I pulled in first thing in the morning. The quality of the work they do is top notch.

I found Mary to be a pleasure to work with. It was late...

I found Mary to be a pleasure to work with. It was late and we got along just fine. She showed me more than I thought she would this being my first new car, and I appreciated that. She sat down with me in my car and showed me how to do the Hands Free Link and the other features, and I was impressed. If she couldn't help she made sure I'd be taken care of when I came in next time (for example she was off work and wouldn't be there to help me) By the way why does she only have one day off? This woman deserves two in my opinion. Imagine how much better she'll help customers with two days off a week. :-) She responded immediately to my e-mail with a concrete answer and followed up as well. I will be recemmending her to my friends and I live in the neighborhood so that 'll be many. Thank you Mary I look forward to working with you again. Kindly, A Very Satisfied Customer

We were there after hours and he still had time for us to go over the details about the car. Didn't feel like he wanted us to leave after we signed all the papers. My on line search with five different dealers O'Hara...

My on line search with five different dealers O'Hara Honda was the only one to provide the information that I asked for the way I wanted it. I wanted prices on 3 different levels of Pilots. I had already test driven the Pilot and new that what I wanted to buy. I work nights my wife works days .We didn't have time to go from Dealer to Dealer and O'Hara Honda understood and met our needs. Job Alex our sales person was well informed and made sure our buying experience was very pleasant .

I had an appointment with one employee, but he was delayed because of attention required by a previous customer. The sales manager promptly found another salesperson to work with me - that was Mary Rycerz. She was very personable and professional, and treated my son and me like V.I.P.'s. She quickly got us into vehicles that we were interested in test driving, and was able to answer all our questions.She was very patient and responsive to all my concerns. Mary was willing to go the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

No one ever says to them self, "I can't wait to...

No one ever says to them self, "I can't wait to go down to that dealership and negotiate with a sales person for a new car!" It's stressful, and typically a negative experience. And even when you walk away with a car you wanted, you don't always feel good about the process--which contributes to buyer's remorse. At least that was always my experience until I worked with Job Alex. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics, and I never felt any level of discomfort throughout the entire process. I am a sales executive so the bar is set pretty high. However, Job exceeded my expectations and did so with a level of integrity that I didn't know was possible with car sales.

Arrogant Waited 90 mins for sales guy. He told us they were the best and take their price. No negotiation. I'm fine w that but not after waiting. Complete arrogance and lack of concern for customer.
