I was given an estimate at another shop that was $600.00...

I was given an estimate at another shop that was $600.00 more that at O'Hare Honda. Paul Benedetto, the Service Manager, saved me almost $800.00 by the time it was all finished! He showed me what work really needed to be done and did it all cheaper than the other shop. He was very honest and truthful. I highly recommend O'Hare Honda!

The customer service was great, i was very pleased with...

The customer service was great, i was very pleased with the way the dealer ship handled them self.I liked the dealer ship because, my daugther is small and while i was wairing for a few htings from the sales person, a diffrent sales person was very good to her. He was talking with her, they keep her busy , buy letting her sit in the care and play. they gave her soda. just over all they were a very nice dealer ship.

I bought a civic from this dealership last month and it was the best car experience I have ever had. I didn't feel pressured, and everyone was really nice. I will definitely buy from this dealership again!! Job was also very nice, he worked with me on all my questions and never made it seem that he was annoyed or was pressuring me at anytime.

This dealership’s Service Department’s customer support...

This dealership’s Service Department’s customer support is truly remarkable and SUPERLATIVE! To illustrate, I bought a new Odyssey from O’Hare Honda in 4/01 and now have about 70K miles on this vehicle. While my wife was recently driving to FL, she noticed a problem with the transmission. En route, a local Honda dealer in TN confirmed that the transmission may be on its last leg. Following my research, I determined that there had been a class-action law suit filed involving transmissions of this same type of vehicle, and that as a result of which Honda extended the transmission warranty. However, in my case this extended warranty had already expired. I contacted O’Hare Honda’s Service Manager, Frank, for help and suggestions in this regard. Frank selfishly offered to contact his counter-part at the local FL dealership at my wife’s final destination, explain the problem, and ask for all courtesies and support that O’Hare Honda would extend to its customers. I was pleasantly surprised by this initiative and customer care, which is unfortunately quite rare these days. Frank did exactly as he had indicated, and the stage was set for my wife to have the appropriate work performed by the local FL dealer. Thanks to these efforts and O’Hare Honda’s diligent follow up, the transmission on my vehicle was replaced by the local dealer at a relatively nominal expense on my part, which has undoubtedly saved me several thousand dollars. Thank you Frank, and thank you O’Hare Honda! You have gained a loyal customer for life, and I hope many more similarly satisfied and grateful customers!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly. The car salemsan was very honest and informative, i am very satisfied with my overall car shopping experience at ohare honda, I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Have dealt with Honda O'Hare for a long time - they have always done excellent work and have never overcharged. The service has been excellent. Everyone, including the cashiers have always been pleasant and have bent over backwards to please. And, on top of it, they wash your car. Great place.

I never go anywhere else. I purchased my first Honda from O'Hare back in 1995 and I always come back for service. I have also purchased three other Hondas within the last 10 years. Professional, easy to deal with and what's most important...they listen. They don't try to sell me things I do not need and are very courteous.

O'Hare Honda of Des Plaines, IL was very easy to work with. Steve was very responsive to my inquiries on the Internet, and he was very easy to work with throughout the transaction. It makes it very easy and quick to have the vehicle serviced locally. I'm very pleased with my 2006 Honda Civic. Great product, great gas mileage, and very capable. O'Hare Honda's service department did a great job installing the accessories I ordered at the time I purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Honda products, and O'Hare Honda of Des Plaines, IL JR

Besides being close to home,any purchaser wants service with not only a amile but satisfaction so only required maintenance visits are needed. Can't go wrong at this dealership. They also contact you via phone or e-mail. Bet Your Broker doesn't Avery caring facility

I don't know WHAT the are!?!?!? I got the FULL...

I don't know WHAT the are!?!?!? I got the FULL inspection, Oil change, oil degreasing, and paid around $150 for a LONG~ trip. the NEXT day, about 500~600 miles away from home car's v-tek that controlls the fuel economy BROKE! I called the service, they are saying that this is NOWAY~ that it is their fault. They are saying that who knows what is going to happen after car has run 600 miles~!! DOES HONDA CARS go BAD every 600 miles?!?!? is this the dealer? or the HONDA?
