I had a very good experience and JOb Alex was very easy...

I had a very good experience and JOb Alex was very easy to work with. No hi pressure sales but very knowledgeable. The Costco releated price was excellent. I like the starbuck coffee but they should have a vending machine for snacks. I left very very satisfied. I also worked with Greg Czub who was terrific and knowledgeable and very supportive. Got me out fast. I liked these people.

well, that is business and of course Dealership try to sell for a good price and a customer try to buy for a good one for him. I liked that place, because there is the chance to talk and to be heard about your needs. Salesperson I was working with is a very nice lady, who tried to make me happy till the very end, and I am a very nasty customer. Budget is tight right now, but I was able to find a good deal for car. I was given a lot of options to work with. I will diffidently be back to that location and I will personally recommend Mary Rycerz as a best person to talk to find a dream car. thank you, Ohare Honda!

Great sales person, the sales manager is great. Bending...

Great sales person, the sales manager is great. Bending over backwards to assist the customer and achieve and equilibrium between price and features. I am a 4th generation honda owner from that dealership and they are great! Mary was a joy to work with.

We have purchased 3 Hondas from this dealership - and...

We have purchased 3 Hondas from this dealership - and would continue to do so - We are especially pleased with the guys in service - Frank, Mark and Paul - who ALWAYS go out of their way to help and be efficient. We have only had service to fix problems several times with the 3 Hondas we have owned and purchased from O'Hare and each time the problem does get fixed. They are also great when it comes to the maintenance, and we do our regular maintenance religiously

Our experience at the dealership was excellent. All of my questions were answered and the salesman was knowledgeable about the cars. Salesmen were polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend this dealership. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Walked out with a brand new car.

I was very pleased with a service I received at the dealership. Two young men took care of me and treat me like a queen. And before I drove away with my new car Mr.Vaseley took his time and explain the details of the car to me. That is the best service that I seen.

O'Hare Honda went out of their way to provide friendly and professional service. They are a top notch dealership. Job Alex is probably one of the best salesmen I've worked with over the last 12 years. He was polite, intelligent and truly listened to my needs and concerns. Andrew even let me take home two cars overnight so I could evaluate them at my leisure. My experience with O'Hare Honda was truly enjoyable and they now have a customer for life. Keep up the good work guys!!!

These guys are honest and great to work with. No...

These guys are honest and great to work with. No pressure, a fair deal, and I left with a new car. Having priced a number of cars over the years, and now being able to do it via the internet, I've discovered there are two kinds of auto sales people: those whom appreciate the intelligence of their customers, and those who think we are all idiots. O'Hare Honda treats people with the respect one affords an educated consumer, and we appreciated it very much. We will buy another car from them, and we will highly recommend.

We have purchased 3 cars from O'Hare and now wouldn't go...

We have purchased 3 cars from O'Hare and now wouldn't go back. over what you ask? Floor mats! We fought with the salesman for over an hour because we were very clear we didn't want the "accessory package" that cost more than $800 dollars. it was some stickers and floor mats. we said - fine - order the car without them. the salesman was very rude when we tried to stick to our guns. he accused us of "playing games" with him. we finally agreed to pay for the crap we didn't want when they cut the price in half. we signed the papers and THEN the sales guy came into the finance office to tell us that the floor mats - that we didn't want and had fought against - weren't even in available and in the car!!! but we had signed - so too late. I then tried to get them 2 times and couldn't get them. I didn't have the paper saying they owed them to me and no one wanted to help me and just look up their copy. I was sent in circles from parts to sales to manager and they never wanted to help me get my STUPID FLOORMATS that I didn't want! Well - I finally got my floor mats the other day (1 year later!!!) because we are trading in the car - and NOT to O'hare Honda. Yep - they lost a loyal customer over floor mats.
