First time to Alfano's Torrington Hyundai for service on my vehicle. What a great experience!! Steve is the gentleman that I dealt with, 5 star rating is not enough. His customer service is exceptional. Expressing that I was on a very tight budget I feel he really went above and beyond to make this as affordable as possible. He even threw in a $40 coupon I had no idea was available! We are all aware these guys earn a living off of commission, so from my standpoint that is just top notch. Love it when a business gets it; treat your costumes right and they will come back every time. As long as I'm around they have a customer for life. Thanks again Steve, and all at Alfano's!

Transaction went well. Test drive loop could be a bit longer but still satisfactory. Review of technology a bit fast for me on pickup day but still pretty thorough. Dealership has always been good to me as this is my 3rd vehicle there and wish to continue with this brand at lease turn in 36 months from now if a favorable deal can be made at that time. I am confident a good deal can be made in 3 years based on their track record with me.

Super friendly, listened, helpful, and knowledgeable . The finance person was a little too sarcastic and pressured too much to raise the price of the vehicle.
